My experience is exactly what the majority of these reviews state. It is interesting that each response from Warner's Stellian in these reviews provides generic justification for their actions trying very hard to make it right. A few years ago we purchased a stackable washer and dryer and were very pleased with the service/efficiency of delivery and set up. We decided if we ever needed to purchase any more appliances in the future, we would stick with this company that had built our trust. Fast forward to where we did need to replace all four appliances in our kitchen. Once again, we were impressed with the sales and delivery/set up. So much so, we purchased an Ironclad protection guarantee pushed heavily by sales. BIG MISTAKE! I caution anyone considering this additional plan to reconsider. My Frigidaire oven is less than two years old and won't start. We contacted the number on the brochure. Three business days later, we get a text stating our part is in and to call to schedule a repair. I called to schedule and was told it would be two more weeks until a repair person could get to my area which is literally only twenty-three minutes from the store. There was ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT to get here sooner. As a consumer, I felt very brushed off and unimportant. Definitely a we want your money more than we care about you feeling. Subsequently, who expects their customer to be without an oven for three+weeks? Warner's Stellian has lost all of my trust. I will NEVER purchase from them again. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I will go back to my repair plan with my gas company who gets here within two days for repair with the part (from the same ************* you). When you are a customer and spend a lot of money on something very important to you (I am a hobby cook and *****), you need to trust the business who claims to stand behind their product and services. Bulit new home and purchased all appliances through Warner Stellian's in ************ with ***********************. Microwave went out in 11 months and Warner Stellian wouldn't help, even though it wasn't installed for 2 months past move in as the trim piece was ordered incorrectly.Our Kitchen aide refrigerator has broken 3 times in 2 year and 3 months. Each time it breaks I am without icemaker and the freezer, which was entirely why we purchased this model. We paid $3800 for this refrigerator with the Iron Clad Warranty. I am not waiting for parts to be ordered again with a 4 month wait. The last time the repairman came he stated that this refrigerator has a faulty design and that he has seen it over and over.Posted on their website negative review and have letter ready for the **************************** and papers ready to file with small claims court.I am tired of the run around and waiting for parts for a refrigerator that will break down again. I want my money back to put to a different model and they can deal with receiving any money they are out from Frigidaire.Stay tuned.Warners' Stellian

The Terms and Conditions of your Ironclad protection plan clearly state that it is a repair plan. An exchange would be approved if we are unable to repair the refrigerator or it is not economical to continue with the repair. At this time your refrigerator does not qualify for an exchange. We are honoring the Terms and Conditions of your Ironclad protection plan and continuing with repair. Your parts are on order and should arrive early next week. We purchased a new home with new appliances from Warner Stellian. First to go was the microwave. A motor burnt out inside, when the repairman took it apart he could see it was burnt out and almost started on fire. He had to order parts, so the microwave sat on our guest bed unusable for several months. In the meantime, the ice maker on the refrigerator began acting up, with the ice clumping up into a solid block, and the gas oven computer board became possessed - it would start changing the temperature in the middle of cooking things, and get stuck in the on positionone time it took almost an hour for it to reset itself so I could shut it off. The repair person when they fixed the microwave in August (again thats about 9 months after they initially started fixing it) closed out our work order and instead of ordering the parts for the refrigerator and oven it was now closed out. I called them in January wondering what was going on with the parts and they realized the tech made an error and reopened the order. They were to come today (1/31/24) to fix the refrigerator and oven, but just called to state all techs are sick and rescheduled me to 2/12/24. Im actually horrified once these appliances are off warranty that we are going to be stuck with lemons, with all the things that have continuously gone wrong with nearly all our appliances. I dont know what recourse we have, but can only say we are EXTREMELY unhappy with the service and products from Warner Stellian and can only say STAY AWAY!!!Warners' Stellian

I apologize for your experience. As you know, Warners' Stellian doesn't make appliances, we sell, deliver, install and service appliances. We certainly don't intend to deliver faulty appliances. We are repairing your appliances per the manufacturer warranty. If for some reason they are not able to be repaired, we will request an exchange on your behalf and you can select different appliances of your choosing. We have had a streak of illnesses run through our technicians. I am sorry for that as well. I will send you a token of our appreciation for your patience while we rearrange our schedule. I purchased a warranty on a fridge in 2020 because we had some problems with a similar fridge previously. We have been loyal Warners Stellian customers for over 25 years, liking the idea of shopping locally and trusting their generally good quality. I believe now however that they triage repair calls placing those under warranty at the bottom of the queue. They have a ridiculously unfriendly repair scheduling process where they expect the customer to be at home all day on the day of service and only call one business day ahead of time to indicate the half of the day they will come. They then can't change the time so repairs get pushed back even further. Their quality has clearly declined - can't recommend them any longer.Warners' Stellian

I apologize you are having issues with your appliance. We route the day prior to our repair calls to give us the ability to add on emergency calls and efficiently route our technicians. We receive hundreds of calls for repair every day. We try to accommodate time frame requests but we cannot always make that happen. Ironclad customers are given the top priority of any repair calls. I bought a refrigerator on Wednesday. The sales person was good and we scheduled delivery for that Friday. I took a half day off work so i could be here when they said they would show up. They showed up on time and pulled the refrigerator out the box was heavily damaged on top. When they took it out the top was smashed 6 inch smashed down an inch. They asked if I would accept it. Obviously I said no. They said they will bring another one out. I asked today they said no. Monday was the earliest. I asked the saleswoman who sold it to me if they would give a discount for me having to take an additional PTO and she said no. Than said it not there fault it was damaged. Yes it is. Common sense says if the box is heavily damaged you should maybe look at it before you load it up. My fridge is broken and I need one and my time is worth something I told her. She had horrible customer service. I would stay away they don't care about you. They won't help you when they make a mistake. She did refund me and I asked her to give me a written notice before I left to show it was going to be refunded. She wouldn't even give me that. I wasn't going to leave until I got a written notice I was going to be refunded. Another salesperson had to do her job. Horrible company. STAY AWAY. ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AFTER THEY GET IT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Warners' Stellian

I bought a new appliance from Warners in October. I also paid for installation. They installed my new refrigerator and then my new oven. When they installed the oven they bumped the countertop into the side of my new refrigerator and dented the side. When I called to get a replacement I was told I would have to pay a re-stocking fee for the refrigerator they damaged. They also shattered the side of my new oven and dented the bottom. I asked for a replacement. I was told that I would have to pay an additional amount to replace it because the one I bought was from the floor of the store. So, I had to pay more for an appliance they damaged. These are only a few of the issues I had with my purchases. When I talked to my sales associate he was dismissive and gas lighting me. And now, my brand new washing machine has a software issue. I called on Friday to put in a service request and hadn't heard anything from them so I called back the following Wednesday. The refrigerator was too wide for the opening. We rely on customers to provide accurate measurements when selecting appliances. The oven purchased was a floor model and heavily discounted. I apologize for the accidental damage. We would gladly return the unit and refund your money. However, that does not entitle you to a new in-box unit for the same price. We have been dealing with Warners' repair **** since August 23rd (1st time they came out to repair) on our Kitchenaide fridge and after that they have been out to our house at least 4 more times to try and repair it, and the fridge still is not working at 100%.They will be coming out yet again to work on it. Every time we call the repair **** it is a different person who is so frustrating to talk to them and listen to them say (I'm sorry) Don't be sorry, fix our fridge. We were talked into buying their Ironclad warranty from our salesman and SO very much regret it. I could list MANY names of people that I have talked to in their repair ****, never the same person each time me or my husband has called them and we are beyond frustrated that it has taken this long and it still is not fixed. We have asked to just replace it, our claim was denied by the IronClad warranty ****. Told them you sold us a lemon and make it right, but of course they just said that they can fix it. HAHA what a joke that is. We just get put off each time we have called saying that they need to order parts and that will take 3-7 business days. I even called the main office to talk to the Owners and they would not let me talk to them or have been told that they are not here. Of course not! We even reported them to our Attorney General ***************************** office to see if they could help us, and have been told that they have not responded to the letter they sent so they sent a second one to see if that makes a difference. Very much doubt it will.Needless to say, we will not ever buy from Warners' Stellan ever again. Not ever going to go through this again! Hello,I am sorry that you are having issues with your refrigerator. I understand your frustration. Please keep in mind that your Ironclad protection plan has completely covered the cost of ************. Since you purchased the refrigerator in 2021, you are outside the manufacturer's warranty. Without Ironclad, you would be buying a new refrigerator. Ironclad covers the cost of repairs and if we can't fix it, then we would exchange it. We recently had our dishwasher repaired First it took 3 MONTHS. Our dishwasher died the fourth of July and was finally fixed September 29th. The real issue is after the repair, we ran it maybe 7 times before we noticed it was leaking. we have a lament floor and it has ruined our kitchen floor and ceiling tiles in our basement. I have called twice, trying to get a resolution both times went directly to voicemail with no response. Also we again are not able to use our dishwasher without causing even more damage to our house.For a company that seems to pride itself on customer service they actually seem not to care after the sale. If a reason you are buying from Warner Stellians for their customer service at this point you can take it off the table. They were great and we have bought other appliance from them not any more and I am going to make sure others are aware of our experience.Warners' Stellian

Hello,I reviewed ***********. I apologize for the experience! Our records show our first contact was July 20. It looks like initially we ordered some parts based on the description of the needed repair. the Technician discovered there were significant other issues and ordered parts again. On the next repair we found the pump had gone bad as well. As an appliance ages we sometimes see there is a "cascade effect" of one part failure causing multiple issues. I am very sorry that was the case with your dishwasher. I'm glad the repair was covered by your Ironclad protection plan. New refrigerator delivered with dent and drawers not fitting. Called our Warner Stellion sales person the next day. Her response: we cant help you because you didnt purchase our extended warranty. Our records indicate your refrigerator was delivered in May. The photos do not show any damage. In your post-delivery survey you made no mention of damage or drawers and gave our delivery and salesperson 10 out of 10 stars. Per our terms and conditions any damage needs to be reported at the time of delivery. If you are having a functional issue you can have service performed under warranty through GE by calling ************** or call Warners' Stellian Repair at ************ option 1.Review fromMara M

I went in to get a Bosch dishwasher. But they didn't have any and instead of sticking to my guns the sales person talked me into a piece of c*** Maytag that totally malfunctioned a year and a half later. I went to Warner Stallien because I thought a ** company would be reputable. No service available for months. Can't get parts. Sold me a bad machine. And they are more expensive.Warners' Stellian
