      The service was outstanding. The workers who delivered the furniture were very competent, professional, & respectful. They placed each item precisely where I wanted it, even when my designer & I asked them to move an item several times until we were completely satisfied with its location.

      Berger Allied moving company/Dallas-Ft. Worth made a very difficult move so much easier! They offered step-by-step instructions, phone calls for support and encouragement and always welcomed my questions. They always operated very professionally but yet treated us like friends and every employee was extremely friendly.
      We moved two families (two homes!) within a two-week period and they made it so much easier! They worked with us on our schedule (when possible), helping to make moving our elderly parents dealing with Alzheimer’s do-able!

      I previously used Allied to move from Houston to Dallas and had a positive experience. I decided to use them again to move to Colorado. The price was competitive. The packers showed up on time as did the movers. My items were delivered to a storage unit. I was unable to be there in person, so I had someone else there for the unloading of the items into the storage unit. When I went to have the items moved to my new house, I realized how badly things had been packed. There were items that should have been wrapped / boxed (i.e., very expensive telescope) that weren't. There were several items that didn't have marks before that now did (my daughter's trundle bed). The base of one of my couches was broken. Things got worse when I went to unpack the boxes. Again, things that should have been wrapped, Waterford Crystal picture frame, was just put in a box, but my daughter's $5 CVS tea set was individually wrapped. Those are just a few examples. Every box I unpacked my frustration level increased. I have used professional movers three times and I understand there are going to be things that are damaged/broken. I understand that the packers are going to pack anything and everything (dirty towels, fireworks) and their goal is to get it packed as fast as possible. My move was a big move, and it was a lot to get packed in one day and loaded in one day. Comparing this move to my others, it seemed to start off well, but once I was actually unpacking my items, I was not happy nor pleased with the packing nor the move.

      Wayne, David and Richard are the utmost professional packers in the business. They are careful, fast, thorough and efficient. Wayne took time delicately packing our antiques. Richard skillfully and carefully packed up our kitchen. David was so fast and hardworking packing up our entire second floor. They worked continuously and put in tremendous effort while remaining positive, polite and cordial at all times. I recommend this team for other customers going through the stress of moving. They made it effortless for us.
