  I had a great experience delivering all of the furniture from my house to a storage unit. Ty, Curvin and Alexas were very pleasant and professional. They made sure all of my furniture were organized well. Highly recommended!

  Berger Transfer was the 3rd party that delivered a large home furnishing item (outdoor furniture). It was well boxed by the manufacturer and was essentially a ton of cushions so the opportunity for damage was minimal compared to other reviews.
  My delivery was easy and smooth and the team was very friendly and took care.

  Berger Transfer & Storage is refusing to honor a claim for damages that I personally watched them cause to my home during my move in July of 2022. The crew scratched and gouged my newly refinished antique hardwood floors by pushing unwrapped/unprotected metal filing cabinets across them in multiple locations because I did not claim the damages within 24 hours. It is worth noting that I also did not sign off on the paperwork that there was no damage The Berger claims adjuster, Elizabeth *, then accused me of lying/falsifying the timestamp of the photos I provided to prove when the damage was done, as well as claiming that a damages walkthrough was done on the property when it was not - the crew didn't even finish unloading the truck, giving my bed a grand tour of Massachusetts (I moved to NY) before returning to deliver it later that week. They left trash all over my yard (the wrappings from the furniture, which contractually they are obligated to take with them) that I had to clean up in the rain. If you like working with condescending, negligent people who will accuse you of lying when the delivery team has no paperwork/evidence to back up your claims, then Berger Allied is for you!

  I contracted the Berger Transfer and Storage/Allied Movers Company, Fullerton, Ca this March for a move from Ca to Fl. Mr. A. H******** was instrumental calculating how much household items we had. Erik, the truck driver, and his helpers, picked up our boxes on time. Very professional and courteous. He also kept in communication with us and called when his truck arrived in Fl. We coordinated with him the day we wanted our household items to be delivered to the storage facility in Fl. It only took about 5 days for him to arrive in Fl which was amazing. Ms M. M******, Office Coordinator, also kept us informed of what we would be charged and if we had any other concerns or questions. No move hostage situation here! Kudos to all!
