Austin came by this morning and did a wonderful job explaining everything to do with our water system. He changed the filter and it was very interesting watching the whole process. I plan on using one of those plan’s because it a very complicated process. I’ll leave it to the professionals, thanks Austin for doing such a great job.

Our technician, Ryan, did a great job replacing our very old water softener. He was professional and efficient, making sure to do the replacement with quality workmanship and to treat our home with respect. He arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the task. Aquarius Home Services charged an exorbitant amount for plumbing services: over $1200 for installing a faucet for a bathroom vanity. $457 for simply installing the faucet set I had purchased, which took 2 or 3 minutes to do so. For $457. They wanted to install their own faucet set, but the cost would have skyrocketed to over $2200. Faucet sets are not that expensive (the one I purchased was less than $200) to make the extra $1000 cost anything but a scam.
They also charged $95 each for the two water supply lines. Menard's sells them for $30, not 3 times that price. Scam? Yes.
Just to connect the drain was $168 for the p-trap and $388 for labor. It took them 15 minutes to do all this work. Worth $388 labor cost? No.
Avoid this company, they are not honest and not worth the cost.Aquarius Home Services
