Excellent company to work with from start to finish. The sales person was great and the installers were as well. Everyone was very professional and very courteous. Love the windows!!!!! Beautiful! Will be using Window Concepts again in the future ??

Our project included six windows and two doors. During the estimate, they answered all of the questions and told us exactly what to expect, in a professional, friendly manner we were kept informed during the process, and when the installers came, they were so fast clean and courteous enough to take off their shoes every time they entered our home! Definitely would recommend and use for future projectsWindow Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

Everyone that came to my house was courteous and professional. The work done on my bathroom was excellent! Every detail was clean and neat. The entire experience was great. From the initial estimate to installation we were kept informed on the progress and all our questions were answered. NEVER AGAIN. EVER. There is no doubt in my mind they saw wet rotting wood around my windows, but wrapped them anyway and didnt say a word. And this is just the latest issue, I gave up on them years ago after several run arounds, just discovered this issue. I called them just for giggles and was told they wont help, of course they wont.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

I am from Rochester Minnesota. I paid a lot of money for 6 windows. 3 of them were not well done and I have the photos to prove it. I sent them photos and spoke of my disappointment openly. Even though the contract says replace rotten wood as needed, they didn't think they needed to replace it. They even said they did me a favor and did more than what I paid for. I told them I just want the job done well. They called me back several times, which was good, however they only called me to say they would do nothing about it and I should be happy with the job. If I would have known this I would not have hired them. I have several more windows I will order in the next few years. No way would I let this company do my windows. The sad things is they told me they were Minnesota specialists and other companies were not. I was dumb enough to trust and believe them.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

Great company to work with! I had my sliding door replaced and the salesperson made sure to explain everything in detail so I knew what I was getting and why, and gave me multiple options. The installation crew was on time, explained everything that was going to happen, answered all my questions, and finished the work in a timely manner.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.
