I'm a long-term customer of Jack Pixley Sweeps. Today, Matt, who came to clean my wood stove and chimney, was very courteous, professional and very thorough. I received a through report of the chimney condition along with before and after photos, provides photos. Matt made sure I understood all parts of the evaluation report, findings and recommendations and answered all my questions before he left. I have complete confidence that my wood stove/chimney continue to be safe for my home with proper use and annual cleaning/maintenance.

Thank you Jack Pixley Chimney Sweeps! Caleb came to inspect the chimney and place a chimney cap (displaced by the wind). He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and kind. I appreciate the photos and report he gave me. He explained options to repair the chimney, it being 100 years old and showing its age. He vacuumed the fireplace and left the space clean and tidy. Jon was courteous, professional and thorough in examining our chimney and fireplace. I scheduled our service with Jack Pixley because I'd read good reviews about them and now am back to write one myself! Caleb was super helpful today with our drafting issues. He was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was thorough in his work, spent a lot of time trouble-shooting, and was honest and straightforward with his recommendations. Always professional, thorough, and helpful with all my questions. Having close to 100 fires each winter season, Pixley has been essential to my mental health in knowing my fireplace is in good shape. We are second generation customers of Jack Pixley Chimney sweeps. They are punctual, thorough, informative, respectful, efficient and clean up nicely. Before beginning the job they informed us of the cost. After the job they explained what they found and gave us a recommendation of how long to go between their visits based on what they found.
