Randy, the technician, arrived as scheduled, gave us a concise summary of what he would be doing and got right to it. He was careful about minimizing getting anything on the floor and surrounding area. When he was done, he showed us the pile of material he had pulled from the chimney, which was surprising. He explained what he’d seen in the chimney. Overall, he was efficient and respectful of our space. The company has a smooth system of appointment setup and notifications via email (including the name and picture of the person who will be doing the work) and phone calls. Will definitely use Jack Pixley again.

Kurt was on time. He called ahead to let us know when he was arriving. He inspected our chimney thoroughly, found it in great condition, and did not charge us for the service call. He also looked at our gas fireplace exterior vent and fixed the screen for us. I'll definitely call Jack Pixley back for routine cleaning going forward.Jack Pixley Chimney Sweeps & Masonry

We are a church that has two external apartment building on the property from the 60s.
We could tell that the chimneys were in poor status and we needed to get an estimate.

Jeremy and Pat tore down my old chimney carefully and neatly. They were professional and did a great job rebuilding a my new chimney. They are hard workers and finished the job despite the heat. I would highly recommend Jack Pixley Chimney for any chimney work.
Jon came out and gave me the estimates quickly. Very nice guy.
