I wasn't aware there was going to be a 30 dollar charge when I signed up. It never prompted or told me that there was a cost involved with signing up. How do I fix this.

Was charge $78 once i entered my information on the site. There wasnt anything telling me that id be spending $78 for just entering my information. I believed that it was for a later use for bidding once i started placing bids.Business Response

Signed up for an account it requires a credit card number. Filled it out they removed $30.00 from my account. No where does it state money will be removed for trial. On 1/15/2023 I was charged $72. I did provide my information for what I thought was future bids. At no point did I purchase something for $72. Seems very dishonest of the company.
