I created an account with Dealdash to check it out. I never agreed to purchase anything and I was charged $78. After reading previous complaints, I see that this is an ongoing issue with others as well. I do not believe people are misunderstanding or misinterpreting anythingDealdash is simply misleading. I never clicked on a bid pack and confirmed an order. It is misleading because you enter your credit card info only with the intent of having it on file to use WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO PURCHASE anything. If there is a fee to join, that should be made clear. If it was clear that I needed to pay $78 to join Dealdash, then of course I would have never entered my credit card info. All these complaints of the same issue is testimony that the issue lies with the company and not with the customers lack of understanding.Business Response

DealDash offers a 100% No Questions Asked Money Back Refund Guarantee on a customer's first purchase of bids. Anyone can request this from our Customer Support Team within 90 days of the purchase date.
I have refunded the customer now, and their bank/card provider will complete the refund automatically within the next 3 to 5 business days, if not sooner.
The initial confusion appears to be form the customer entering card details on a purchase screen where it says: click here to buy bids
They seemed to interpret that as meaning 'enter information to have on file for later purchases'

I went on the sight to see what it was about and added my PayPal account to register. I just realized that they charged me 78 dollars without making it clear I would be charged anything. This feels like a complete scam.Business Response

I downloaded the DealDash app and did not realize I was being charged $72 for watching a sample. I never agreed to that. I had no clue but did make some bids and won a few small deals. Please do not send the Dunkin card or whatever bids I won back and refund me in full. Thanks!Business Response

I signed up simply looking for more information and test the site. Next thing I know I was charged ********************************* buy anything. I understand now that they are automatically put in your account for future purposes, but feel as though people should be more aware of the charge. I downloaded the DealDash app and was asked to review the how to begin the suction practice in the site. They gave a sample of how the bids were placed. I was asked to give my back information and begin the auction. I was charged $78.00 dollars which I did not agree to. There was no notice of this charge. I was charged another $7 dollars. Im a senior with limited funds and DealDash made it appealing to possibly win a prize that I couldnt afford otherwise! I would like if they would return my money to my account, since I never agreed to that charge!
