      I was looking at Dealdash for the first time and would not have entered my credit card info if I'd known there was a charge to join. I assumed cc info was for future purchases. Apparently many others have been misled by your site. I want my $30 refunded and my account closed.

      On Monday April 10, 2023 I found a pending charge for $70.60 on my bank account and I didn't purchase anything no bids nothing. I did put my I formation in to he able to sign up but nowhere did it say I would be charged anything or I would have never signed up or put my information in there I did not authorize any out to be spent from my account. I want no need my money back

      This morning I saw an ad for DealDash and decided to check out the free app. I downloaded it onto my phone and signed up, assuming when they wanted my PayPal info, it was only to secure payment in case I won a bided item. But seconds later I was charged $30. I never saw it coming, nor did I intend to pay $30 at this time on my extremely fixed income. I did not understand that I was buying bids. I thought I was browsing to see if this was a site I was interested in. This was very misleading and I really just want my money back. I cannot afford this luxury at this time.

      On March 12, 2023 Dealdash charged my PayPal account $30 and I didnt purchase anything. I assumed they ask for account information to secure any bids I might make on products. Even at that I would not have provided my credit card information. When I saw PayPal as an option, I considered that an extra layer of protection and joined dealdash but nowhere was a mention of a $30 charge to sign up or I would not have provided my PayPal authorization. I want my $30 refunded and have not or will not use dealdash. Should I also contact PayPal to prevent other people from going through this?

      I was looking into DealDash and feel misled. The wording in DealDash is not clearly written. It asks for information on how you will pay but I couldnt get a clear picture. I thought they were asking for a way to pay for the items as I won the bid for an item. Next thing I know I had $30 withdrawn using my PayPal account. I feel I should be reimbursed and the wording needs to be more accurate since I have seen so many others make the same mistake
