      Do not believe what options travel group say they said could get us out of our timeshare. They had us apply for credit cards so they would get paid. Now we are stuck with that debt also. Plus we had to pay roughly 1200 to a third party that they put us in touch with whom was supposed to facilitate timeshare exit. This was lakeside closing service, clermont Fl. They too have not gotten any result in exiting timeshare..Tried telling us to just stop paying the timeshare, that would mess our credit up.they also get you to sign up to their yearly fee for resort / travel services etc.
      Very disgusting that they are allowed to get away with the lies and ripping people off. Just as bad as the timeshare lies.

      They have offered a *********************** that is nothing more than an Extortion Scam! In doing due diligence to verify the credibility of Options Travel Group and what they would provide, I found it was a scheme to get $16,090 for services valued at $5400, for work subcontracted out. In addition, not all of the services they promised verbally could be verified. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a senior citizen over 80 years old. Rating F

Specifically, we received an email from you dated October 1, ***** stating "Now that I understand that the delay was related to the credit card charges being declined, and I rectified that, confirming my intent to proceed. Thus, this email is to confirm that and to disregard the letter... I am anxiously waiting for the login credentials, so I can make up for lost time and get started! This communication confirmed your understanding of the situation, intent to proceed, and acknowledgement of services and contract terms. At the time, no further objections or requests for termination were communicated to our team. 

      We are willing to review your file and discuss any concerns further if you reach out to our corporate office.

      Weve been working with Options Travel to get out of our timeshares, and the experience has been outstanding. *******, the person weve been working with, is top-notch. Every time I reach outwhether its a call or a texthe always gets back to me right away. Hes incredibly personable and follows through exactly when he says he will. Its rare to find that kind of consistency and professionalism these days. We would absolutely recommend Options Travel to any of our friends or anyone looking to get out of their timeshare. Theyre an A+ in our book!

      I had the pleasure of working with Options Travel Group to exit my timeshare, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience.       September 8, 2022: I went to a presentation by Options Travel Group. They told me that they would get me out of my timeshare if I purchased a membership with Options Travel. I gave Options Travel approximately $7600. It has been over 2 years now and I still have the timeshare. The kicker is that I am still paying maintenance fees, and I cannot use the timeshare until the matter is settled. I have placed over 25 calls to Both Options Travel and ********* and ******* law firm. Each company is blaming the other for the problem. Representatives from both have also been quite rude to me in regard to me asking why nothing has been done. Options Travel held the presentation. Options Travel took my money. Yet, Options Travel refuses to give me a refund. I only joined Options Travel because they promised that they would take over my timeshare. 2 years later, nothing has been done. Why does Options Travel refuse to return my money. 2 years of excuses and false promises. If this is a legitimate company, why won't they return my money?This cannot be nothing else but a scam. Options Travel should be ashamed of themselves. I am looking into an attorney or at the very least filing a suit in small claims court. I will continue to report, expose and advise of this Travel company's deceitful practices.I wish I could give a zero-star rating. Zero is what I have received from Options Travel, or should I say negative $7600 because that is the amount of money that they stole from me.

      I am 89 years old and widowed. I was invited to a meeting on timeshares (hereinafter "T/S") but I was told that they were not going to try to sell me anything. It turned out to be a typical T/S sales arrangement where the prospective buyers sit across from the sales **** not near any of the other T/S presentations. Only this one was slightly different. They claimed that Florida HB435 was passed in 2019 which allowed T/S property owners to demand up to 20 years of T/S maintenance in advance. They said that Options Travel Group of Spring, ** could get me out of my T/S if I would sign up for their travel club and pay $119.98 per year for every T/S week that I bought from them. They claimed that this would enable me to purchase T/S weeks from them at approximately half the cost of what those T/S weeks would cost. I may have been born in the morning but it was not yesterday morning. I refused their offer. I later checked Florida HB435 proposed in 2019 and found out 1) it was not passed, and 2) it had nothing to do with requiring T/S owners to pay maintenance fees in advance. In fact, it actually established regulations on companies attempting to help people get out of their T/S.

      This is a scam company. They took $8200 from me and I got had. They opened 2 credit cards in my name when I only gave consent to see if I would be approved or so I thought. They came back with all my information. They only give you 7days to cancel and no one will even contact you or talk with you about it. The guy ***** or whatever is an absolute p.o.s and is argumentative and rude. Please don't be like me and give them anything.

      The purpose of the meeting supposedly was to teach us how to use other timeshares with our own timeshare. We were told that they were NOT selling or buying anything, yet we walked out with $26K in debt. This would not have been too bad if we could pay it off, interest free, over 100 months as they represented, but instead they put it on new credit cards with 18 or 21 month introductory interest-free rates, which leaves us with finding other interest-free opportunities for the remaining ***** months or pay the credit card going rate of 10-20%. Our paperwork said that we could get into the members-only website with the ** and password provided on the documents that we brought home. It wasn't, so we can't get in to the website to better understand the concept. Therefore, we are going to use our cost-free seven day option to cancel this contract.

      Mr. ********* we show that you were given access before the 7 day recession. You were provided a unique ID for your account to login to the membership. We do show that we recieved a cancellation letter back on 6/4/2024 and your account reflects cancelled as well. If in the future you decide to move forward please give us a call.
