  Fake fake fake! They called my husband who fell for their lies and despite my suspicion we still attended the meeting: made it sound like they were affiliated with our time share yet new nothing about it: said we needed to both be present in order to approve updated changes and sign papers: sorry but I’m not dumb enough to sign anything regarding property ownership without a lawyer (or at least the company who I actually own it through) present. When I began questioning the sales person he looked uncomfortable and called his supervisor over. The supervisor got snarky when I questioned him and then stormed off when we said we were ready to go. Can’t imagine why a company who pulls information off the web to scam people isn’t accredited!

  Mrs. ********, we listened to the recording of your booking where you were invited to an owners update meeting which did not reflect we were affiliated with your timeshare. The meetings are for all timeshare owners to show them the newest vacation programs offered in today’s market. We keep in mind that maintenance fees are going up and the owners we invite to the meetings are looking for ways out of their timeshares or ways to travel for a lot less, we apologize the meeting didn't go well for you.

  I think they are robbing people blind they took 8000.00 from me on july 2021. they told me if they cant get me out with one year they would give me my money back. now thet said they dont give back money

  Mr. ********, you purchased a travel club on 6/29/2021 in the amount of $6,600.00 which was processed on 07/13/2021. In addition to that, you paid the transfer company $1,495.00 to get you out of your deed with Diamond.
  You are correct by stating that if the transfer company would not have been successful in completing your transfer within 365 days of all transfer fees and required documents your transfer fees would have been refunded. The transfer company received your documentation on 08/03/2021 and the transfer fee on 09/13/2021. Your transfer was completed on 05/31/2022 which kept us within the 365-day timeline.
  Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund since the program has been set up and we did complete the transfer. We stand by our contract and had your transfer exceeded the timeline that was stated in writing. We have tried to reach out to you a few times, and would like to make contact to discuss further.

  Good afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Dias, we received your comment on the BBB and we would like to speak with you. Per your file I see you have spoken with the director/agent handling your file and concerns were addressed. Our corporate office was in contact on 8/8/2022 @ 8:52 am and we were notified all was good. We tried to contact you via email on 8/16 and again we left a voicemail on 8/23 after we were unsucessful reaching you. We would be glad to speak further with you.   I agree with some of the other reviews. The 2 night stay at a hotel requires a $75 deposit and then you have to supply paperwork to get your deposit back. Other requirements also needed. Too complicated to use the certificate. The only positive is that I received a $50 gift card to use at Walmart or many other retailers or restaurants. They do not tell you this until you read all of the fine print on the voucher. As far as buying out your timeshare it it is not a good deal. A scam. Do not take the offer if you go to the presentation. Take the hotel and gift card and then decide if you want to use them. Get out of the presentation and tell them you do not want to take their offer of getting out of your timeshare. Get your so called gifts and leave.

  We are sorry the requirments that occured with the gift. Not all rewards are the best for each individual. For this reason we want to appologize, but we are glad to see you enjoyed the $50 gift card for walmart and etc. There are other gifts that could be available, but we give what we are told the client is to recieve. We are here to help the customers in anyway we can. We are here to help all owners in which everyones needs are different for each transacation.
