When we spoke on the phone you said you were with Hilton and could show us options to save money on our timeshare. We arrived to the meeting to find you have no affiliation with Hilton or our timeshare. I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Hilton to inform them of your misleading business tactics. Thank you for waisting our time. I specifically told you on the phone if you were not with HGV we would not attend and you lied and said you were.Options Travel Group

The meetings are for all timeshare owners to show them the newest vacation programs offered in today’s market. We keep in mind that maintenance fees are going up and the owners we invite to the meetings are looking for ways out of their timeshares or ways to travel for a lot less. We can have your number placed on a do not call list to avoid getting invited to our meetings.Review fromPhoebe S

Total Scam! They lie and cheat their way through your money and treat you horrid after the deals complete.
They will lure you in under the pretense of getting out of your timeshare and dance circles and lie while you’re thinking they are helping you. It is NOT anything they say … greedy, lying cheats. Please save your money and find a legitimate company to exit your timeshare. Never use Option Travels .Options Travel Group

Mrs. *******,
You met with us on 09/06/2022 where you purchased a travel club “Premier Options” that has been set up as of 10/05/2022.
You had two timeshares that were sent over to Montgomery & Newcomb to assist in getting your name out of the deeds for a separate fee. An average time frame for the attorneys to get this completed can range from 12-18 months. Your file was sent over to them on 10/7/2022 and they have been actively working on them since then. This is not a scam and is a legitimate way to get out of you timeshare but there is a process to make sure this gets done. If you would like an update, please call our corporate office and we would be glad to assist with this (800) 896-9308 Ext 200.
We would like to get this resolved and move forward to make sure you get out of your timeshares.Review fromKaren L

Mrs. **********, I believe the phone number you are trying to get in touch with is for a company called Equiant that handles any payments for Leisure Getaways Inc. You met with this company on 02/08/2017 and purchased a 50,000 trust based membership with The Retreat at Foxborough. At the time of purchase, they had you put down a card on file for a renewal program called Leisure Plus which was optional.
Equiant (which is the company who probably mailed you a notice) sends letters if cards on file expire. I see that your cc just expired on 01/2023 which is why you received the letter. You do not have to renew it.
Options Travel group purchased Leisure Getaways Inc in 2019. If you would like to speak to someone in customer service to answer any questions or assist with you had originally purchased, we will be happy to help. Our phone number is (800) 896-9308.Review fromJames L

This company totally misrepresented themselves to me when they called to set up an appointment for me. They told me that they were a part of my timeshare and were setting up meetings for the owners to hear about updates to MY timeshare and policies. I asked why they were doing this because they had never done it before and they told me that due to covid, a lot of people weren't traveling so they decided to bring it to my area. Sounded pretty legit until I got to the meeting place and found tables around the floor for individual meetings. I immediately knew that it was a scam and that they wanted to sell me on their product. When I sat down, I asked the "customer service representative" if they were trying to sell something. He looked at my with a surprised look on his face and stated, "Oh no, we are not selling anything." I sat back and said okay. So what are these updates you are talking about. He then told me that I had to fill out the paperwork first. Again, I got a very strange feeling and asked about what they were selling. Throughout the course of the interview, he ended up telling me that I would have to speak with the manager. He got up to "check with the manager" and at that point, I opened up my tablet to check what Options Travel was. I found out and when he came back, I again asked him what they were trying to sell. He again lied and said nothing but that I would have to wait to speak with a manager. That's when I looked at my wife and said, "let's go." So if they call and tell you that they are part of your timeshare, Don't believe them. They are their own company, even though they are insisting that they are part of your timeshare.Options Travel Group

We keep in mind that maintenance fees are going up and the owners we invite to the meetings are looking for ways out of their timeshares or ways to travel for a lot less.

Received a scam call from these folks. From a spoofed number, rep claimed they were with group in charge of my Marriott timeshare. Finally admitted it was Options Travel. I said they had no management oversight of Marriott and he rudely hung up.Options Travel Group

After signing up for the service, we realized that we were misled by the verbal representations of a salesperson. Lesson learned. Options agreed, in writing, to refund half of our money as long as we posted this review with five stars and stated that Options Travel Group has fixed all open issues. I have completed my part to obtain a refund as you can see, I have given them 5 stars, and I have included the words "Options Travel Group has fixed all open issues." Let's hope Options honors their promise to cancel and refund 50% of my money, as that promise from Options is in writing, not verbally.Options Travel Group

These comment about gifts are hilarious. Literally they have nothing to do with the actual business or service Options Travel Group provides. I guess anyone can leave a frivolous review.. Did they charge me money? YES!! they are a business, lol. Did they render services, YES!!! Im out of my timeshare. Problem solved.Options Travel Group

BIG SCAM - Received an unsolicited Initiation in the mail for a complimentary 3 day/2-night ****** getaway and $150 in spending money if I attended a time share update. Attended this 2-hour update designed to sell me a membership in Option Travel Group and legal representation to get me out of my current timeshare if needed to in the future. For only $13,000.00. I declined the offer, and they gave me a voucher for the 3 day/2 night hotel and $150.00 in Spending Cash. This where it gets even more upsetting. Reading the terms and conditions to activate the vouchers it states: "Return the ****** Hotel Activation Form by "Certified Mail" within 21 days of the issue date on the form, along with a "CASHIER'S CHECK or MONEY ORDER ONLY" for $75.00, make check payable to Trending Travel. It goes onto say; You are responsible for a reservation processing fee of $50.00. The $150.00 cash rebate is issued with confirmation of travel only. A rebate form will be mailed to you with your confirmation letter. "Spending cash will only be reimbursed if spent during your stay." "Proof of purchases will be required."
I through this voucher in the trash where it belongs. Biggest rip-off I've ever seen. That's two hours of my life I'll never get back. My question is, does ****** know this company is using their name?Options Travel Group
Date: 11/09/2022
Mr. ******, we will be happy to send you a different gift that better suites you however we do feel like the gift that you were given does have value. The terms and conditions to activate the voucher quotes “A refundable deposit (cashier’s check or money order only) in the amount of $75.00 made payable to Trending Travel.” Unfortunately, there are steps that need to be taken to receive ANY gifting you will get. A day 3 day/2-night hotel accommodation with spending money is of value in exchange for some knowledge regarding ways out of your timeshare. As you mentioned, you did not have to purchase anything, and you still received the gift you were promised.
Once again, we will issue you a different gift to make sure you get compensated for your time. Please call customer service at 800-896-9308 to assist you with this.Review fromBridget R

Would give 0 if it were possible with a !!!!!!! Total scam. They told us we could be in and out in an hour today. My husband thought they were from one of our timeshares and when we got there it was clear that they weren’t.
4 of them tag teamed us trying to make us look like the bad guys. Don’t sign anything and don’t give them any personal information.
We couldn’t out of there fast enough and I was in the car before I realized they had too much information about us and we need to call the consumer credit lines and the bank.
Lesson learned and reinforced!Options Travel Group
