      My wife and I ordered a product called extreme water bottles from the Jim Bakker show. We ordered these products on December 17th 2022. It was $185.00. The money came out of the bank, but we have never received the product. We have called numerous times and no one answers. The only line that takes calls is the ordering line. When we talked to them they say they cant help **. They said we would have to email the company. So we have several times and again no response. Its now been 4 months and we still have bo product and cant get anyone to answer **. We would like a refund from this company. As we can see by all the complaints in here. We are definitely not the only victims. Please help ** resolve this issue.

      On 3/3/2023 I ordered three books called the Yeshua Protocol for $65. Today is 4/11/2023 and still no merchandise or credit to the card charged. I've made three attempts to correct situation through emails and two phone calls which were just recordings and have had no success either way, not even an acknowledgement regarding the situation.

      I purchased a food bucket from The Jim Bakker Show on October 30, 2022 for $225.00. Today is April 7, 2023 and I still haven't received the bucket. I have sent numerous emails, they send a reply email states: ***DUE TO OUR SYSTEM BEING DOWN FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME - WE WILL BE WORKING ON CATCHING UP ON RESPONDING TO ALL INQUIRIES AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AS OUR TEAMS WORKED TO FIX THIS ISSUE*** Now, this has been going on for months with no response back. I'm very disappointed that I have to continue to try to receive a real person response and still waiting, now going on 7 months for my purchase. I would like to get a refund back on my purchase and I will NEVER purchase anything from The Jim Bakker Show.

      I purchased a generator from Jim Bakker Ministries on Jan. 3, 2022 and still have not received the item. I was contacted several times and told that the item was on backorder due to parts unavailability. The last time I was contacted was in July, 2022. I was relying on the integrity of this ministry to follow through with the order or refund my money. I would now like to cancel the order and request a refund of the $725 I paid 15 months ago. I contacted ************ the manufacturer, and they do not have an order listed under my name. I have emailed Jim Bakker Ministries and not received a response. I have been unable to contact them by phone. I feel that 15 months is too long to have to wait for a product that I ordered and paid for. I am 73 years old and did not have access to a computer to file a complaint earlier and I was just shown this site that shows others have also had problems with them. Thank you for any help you can give me in getting my money back.

      I ordered 2 books and food buckets from this company paid 500.00 on September 29,2022 order number is ******* from the jim bakker show. I have not received any product up to todays date March 7th 2023 i have made multiple calls no answers back and nobody answers the calls. I would like a full refund on my ********** that was charged by this company. I am very disapointed in all of this makes me very upset to have this happen are they targeting older people this is not right. it has been almost 6 months and nothing at all.

      I ordered some DVD's 12/14/2022 in the amount of $65.00 on ********. I waited a month, month and a half and then I called them. I was given a customer service number which is a recording. The recording says to process it better and faster that you have to text what the compliant is, and they will look at it, and will let you know where your is. You never hear from them. I never heard from them. I text once a week since January and also February and here it is now March 2, 2023. I would like a refund. I feel it is a scam. This was my first time and last time ordering something. Total amount of the refund I want is $65.00.

      On December 08, 2022 I ordered Prepared Pantry 60 Meal Bucket 4 totaling $900 from The Jim Bakker Show website store. I contacted a sales representative in January after my order was yet to be delivered, I was advised that orders have been delayed and to expect my delivery at most in 10 weeks from the order date. On February 17, 2023 I emailed ******************************************* as this is the only communicable way one has to getting a hold of someone. I received a generic response back indicating that they will get back to me due to several excuses in my opinion. After (10) days I have not received a reply via phone or email. I again emailed the company and within minutes received the same generic email as before. I am requesting a full refund of $900 which they wasted no time withdrawing from my account. The product is for my father who is now hospitalized, and will no longer need what was ordered due to his health condition.

      I ordered the food bucket $215.00 and a book ****** ***** ********* book, $25 and never got either one of them. They gave me the order number and kept calling and never got either one of them.

      I ordered a 60 meal prepared food supply on October 14, 2022 but I never received the product. I was charged $225.00 on my Mastercard for this product which I have not received. I have received no communications from *** Bakker regarding the status of my order. I have called the *** Bakker customer service line at ************** but it is just a recorded message telling me to send an email to ******************************************** I sent an email to this address on 2/13/2023 asking for a full refund of my $225.00. So far, I have not received a refund.
