      ********************* was handling our trip confirmation call but he went much further and provided helpful tips and direction. Very personable gentleman and definitely appreciate how he handled getting ** squared away.One of the nicest hillbillys I've encountered to date. :)

      I have just finished my reservation. for Oct ***** and the phone customer service person was very courteous and helpful........I do have some concern about the hotel after seeing the reviews. I will follow up with a review after being assigned my hotel.

      I havent used the first trip yet but it is in a couple of weeks. We were told about the required presentation during our very first contact, so knew about it before we purchased the initial trip. Everyone we have spoken to or emailed have been very pleasant and helpful. No idea what the experience will be once we arrive at the welcome center, but so far so good.
