      Our student loans got bought out by Mohela and they are a terrible company to work with. Any time you talk to a representative, they all tell you something different.

      I was fortunate to receive the ************** Loan Forgiveness on January 3, 2025 just before the ***** administration suspended it. I received a letter from Mohela indicating an overpayment of almost $1900. It has been next to impossible to get on the phone with anyone to find out the status of the refund.

      not sure how I got stuck with this TERRIBLE service provider. I'd rather pay 20% interest than pay these fraudsters. Never get a call back. No responses to correspondences. Please, *****, do SOMETHING with this company and help us pay our school debt!!!! a $500 monthly bill is something I cannot afford, while my mortgage continues to rise because of tax bills rising. This is more than my car payment. **.

      Id give 0 if I could. My total keeps going up even with the pause AND deferment. How does my total go up $30 in 2 days? Even with payments!******************** business, I dont know how they got the privilege of handling my student loans. I hope theres a class action suit pending.

      I have tried requesting the deferment of one of my parent-plus accounts, and I am getting nowhere. I have already submitted the request multiple ***** ****** with no results. Every time I call, the representative tells me that I need to be transferred to resolve the deferment of the account, only to put me on hold for three hours and to disconnect while waiting. This company is awful.

      We almost have our daughter's Parent Plus Loan paid back. Mohela is not showing payments made in payment history. We have $100.00 dollars taken out each week. The activity from Mohela is sporadic. They will show 3 payments for a month, but not show a fourth. The money is taken from our backing account and we have online payments to prove this. Watch your payment history like a hawk. We have only had this problem with accurate payment history showing up the last couple of months. Now, even after submitting online banking statements to them, we have yet to hear back from them with correct payment history updates.

      If I could leave this place 0 stars I would! I talked to 5 different people and none of my issues which they created got resolved! I did all that was asked of me filling out my IDR plan on time. Then no one put me in forbearance I called and asked why my bill was so high and well there you go no one put me in forbearance. Next they tried taking an extra $1,000 from my account with less than a 24 hour notice. Luckily I stopped it thinking ahead. Then I notice I have a past due balance on my account. Mind you Im suppose to be in forbearance. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor talked to her for 2 minutes then had to leave and go to work and the supervisor said she would look into my chart and she told me she would call me back in 1.5 hour. Never got a call back and its been a week later and no call back. I have been more than fair and Im beyond fed up! I still have a past due notice on my account while Im in forbearance. Also they gave me a new payment when my IDR place has not even been processed. What? This company really needs to be investigated. Its very concerning! You cant get ahold of any one its like pulling teeth to get problems resolved! I have made several attempts with each one requiring me to wait 2+ hours at time to get a call back just to be told that I cant be helped and Ill have to talk to someone else and wait another 2+ hour for the next person does not call back. I have asked for confirmation letter and I get none. I cant even believe this company is in charge of peoples loans! This could affect my credit! Please investigate this company!!!

      Misapplied loan payments causing some loans to be past due even though I paid and they messed up. Can never get to someone on the phone, the computer offers to put me on the call back list, never once gotten a call back. Tried messaging then through their website contact link. Still nothing.

      I called regarding my student loans and was on hold for almost two hours.Theyre not the original loan servicing company. I do not see an alternative method to communicate with them regarding my loans.

      They keep emailing me about missing payments on my loansI would absolutely LOVE to pay them but every time I try to log in Im a ghost to them..I simple dont exist and Ive called and called and called and nothing ever happensPLEASE TAKE MY MONEY!!!
