      Worst customer service! You cant speak to a person! Transferred then placed on hold for hours! Press buttons will not let you select speak to a person! Waited 3 hours on hold & never got to speak with anyone! My info on MOHELA web site is incorrect!!!

      I sent in my info to PA in 05/22 to consolidate and get a count of my payments. I thought this would be simple since i have and still work for the government in the same agency same job since 2012. Since HR doesnt exist at my POD I was told to send in W-2 I did from 2012-2021. They still asked me who I worked for and still no payment count yet. They make my agency look competent which is saying something.

      PSLF form took 90 business days to be processed which is understandable however once it was processed, I received a letter stating there was missing information: missing EIN, missing start date at questions **** were not completed. This is incorrect because ALL information was completed on the form. I called Mohela to understand why I received this letter when the form was fully completed. They acknowledged nothing was missing but it would take another 30 days for the form to be reviewed again. It is compltlet unacceptable to have Mohela take another 30 days to review my PSLF for a 2nd time when there was nothing missing or wrong with it the first time. Mohela needs to do a better job with reviewing these forms and not have loan borrowers wait extra time for their mistakes.

      I call and call and keep getting transferred. This is a terrible company. I have been waiting to hear back for months, since October!

      They are TERRIBLE. You're lucky if you're able to even get through to an actual person. Then it's being misled and gaslit as to why they haven't taken the actions they said they would. It was truly unfair to be dumped off onto them from Fedloan.

      I have tried contacting Mohela to correct my 1098E form but have waited on hold for two separate days for hours at a time. They incorrectly stated the amount of student loan interest I paid to them in 2022, and have told me that further research is needed to correct it. I have provided them with the information they needed to see the amount of interest capitalized on the loan before it was transferred to them from FedLoan. Still, they have not corrected it in a timely manner. This is completely unacceptable to wrongly issue a document and then put the onus on the customer to wait for hours to have it corrected.

      I understand they are getting complaints due to PSLF and it takes 90 days. However, I've contacted them several times about my account that qualified for PSLF over SIX MONTHS ago that they haven't discharged even though all the paperwork has been in and processed for over six months. They confirm it's all ready and then still nothing happens, way beyond 90 days now.

      The company response was unsatisfactory. They said the Costumer Advocacy Team would contact me; they did not. They now claim they are waiting on the **** yet it has been almost 10 months for what is supposed to be a 90 day process and they refuse to look into the account further. I have been provided five different dates for the "start date" of the 90 days. Each time it passes, they give me a new, later start date.

      My recertification PSLF application was submitted on 10/28/22 and is currently showing as processing. There has been no updates to my account and I would like to know if my 120 qualifying payments are still being accounted for. I have worked for the Public over 6 years and I want to make sure payments during this time are still being accounted for and going towards the 120 payments.

      I have a deadline in 3 days to submit origination and consolidation documentation to my state but Mohela customer reps are too lazy to dig for it. They keep referring me to the original lender. Original lender gave allrelevant docs to Mohela.So Angry

      I think Mohela cannot provide the services that the company engage in. They are trying to keep all the students' loans active so that they can get pay. My loan was with FedLoan before transferred to Mohela. I provided all my paperwork since July 2022 to FedLoan and give them again to Mohela after the transfer. I have more than 120 qualifying payments. Mohela promised to update all my information by mid-October 2022. I contacted them almost every 2 weeks and got different answers every time. They told me I should see something in November 2022, after that in mid-December or in 2 weeks. The record shows that I have more than 160 qualify payments but waiting for employer verification which I gave them twice since July 2022. As of today 2/14/23, there is no update on file. This is the worst company that I have to deal with. I will reach out to my congress men and women to deal with this. This is unacceptable.
