      Nobody answers the phone calls, no way of contacting a person online, I sent a form to get my PSLF status updated and waited six weeks just to see they cancelled it (*without notifying me). What a joke.

      **************** is inappropriate and rude. I was just on a call to get clarification around an email that I received that my PSLF qualifying payments do not qualify but yet my account reflects that I have. The woman on the phone was beyond rude and short with me as I was asking clarifying questions. I am appalled that I was treated this way when I was simply trying to get more information and clarification. This is widely unacceptable and counterproductive to the nature of this organization. By the end of the phone call the staff member asked if I had anymore questions and then hung up on me. I am disappointed and will not recommend people utilize this service provider.

      We have been trying to contact MOHELA for 6 months now. Wait times vary from 4 hours to 7 hours. No one is ever available. We want to ask questions about the **** program notice my husband received. Forget it. They have the WORST customer service ever. My loans were originally through MOHELA and i consolidated them through Nelnet. Im thankful for that. MOHELA is an absolute nightmare.

      **************** is horrible, everytime I talk to someone I get different information about my students loans. I had over 95 payments and now they are saying I have 63 payments. My loan forgiveness program.I was has not been updated since last year even though I did the annual recertification with my employer. I'm so frustrated and can't seem to get this resolve because of conflicting information. They so behind on process information as well, they deserve no stars!!!!

      They keep messing up my student loan payments. They put me on an income based plan and then withdrew double of what they were supposed to charge me. It takes a long time to try and speak with a representative on the phone and they are constantly putting you on hold.

      Absolutely a joke of a loan company. All I wanted to do was submit my form, create an online account and check the status of my application through their website and take action from there. I submitted my PSLF form in July of 2022 and it entered the "processing" status on 7/28/22. I've called at a minimum once a month to determine my status. During the deadline period I waited over three to four hours on hold to then just be hung up on. (Nope, you can't email them your questions because they "apparently don't have an email account". What year is this that you can't even email?) I called in October, because I was told it would take 90 days to review my application, but that now my application was lost and they don't know what to tell me. I then called again and spoke with someone different which was able to track down my application and they found it, but would take them an additional 90 days for me to get this "letter." The manager I spoke with today stated that it was "reviewed" on 11/29/22, which 90 days from that date would be 2/27/23, clearly we're past this date. Once I receive this "letter" I can then create my account and I would need to wait an additional 90 days for them to review my account and post my account balance. Here I am eight months later from when I submitted my PSLF form and am in the same boat that I started in. I've worked for the government for 15+ years and know a thing or two about dysfunctional organizations but this takes the cake. I'm absolutely not looking forward to working with this company, and I sincerely hope they lose in court and they go bankrupt. By far the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with.

      Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Submitted my initial **** paperwork in August 2022 and couldn't even get confirmation it was received until November 2022-- and that was after trying to get through on the phone for weeks on end. In December 2022, my status changed to "application in process" and it said I would receive a letter from Mohela within 7 business days. To date, I have not received a letter or any communication whatsoever from Mohela. Called in February 2023 and was told that my loans were in the process of being transferred. Still no letter or communication from Mohela. I call on March 8, 2023 and they tell me that my transfer got "stuck" and no one knows why but that they will now manually request the transfer, whatever that means, and that it could take up to an additional 90 days. So now I'm supposed to potentially wait until June 2023, 10 months after submitting my initial paperwork, to get any confirmation from Mohela. Since August 2022, I have not gotten a single proactive communication from Mohela. Every scrap of information I've gotten has been the result of me calling and spending what amounts to many, many hours on hold with Mohela. Had I not called in March 2023, there's no telling when they would have discovered that my transfer was "stuck." Understanding the high volume of submissions all coming in simultaneously, I've been very patient but I am out of patience. This company is clearly not equipped to be the **** processor and should be replaced.

      Mohela has had a one-page form in their possession for six months, yet it takes 90 business days to process that form. **************** is not helpful at all because I've waited on hold for hours to be told there's nothing to do but wait for them to process that form. If I had a choice, I wouldn't choose them.

      Horrible experience with Mohela. 1) Their phone tree is the worst with many minutes of prerecorded messages and it is extremely difficult to speak to a person.2) Apparently it is common practice for people at MOHELA to just lie to you. I've called several times to handle different issues For one issue regarding my IBR application, they told me several different times spaced out in time on the phone that it would be handled and not to worry about it. Yet, months later it's still not resolved. For another issue regarding PSLF, a supervisor told me that she would expedite processing of a request to transfer my loans, yet months later and my other servicer still hasn't received that request.3) Now, when calling, I've asked to speak to a supervisor and they have you on hold for an interminable amount of time. I've alredy been waiting for one hour with no one to pick up. Have you ever heard of call backs? This is cruel and unusual punishment to wait for an hour. You don't know if they are ever going to pick up and so you don't want to hang up.4) I submitted my PSLF form in mid-October and they still haven't requested the transfer of my loans from my other servicer. That's 4 and a half months. They can't start counting my loan payments until they are sent over, which means it will be another long amount of time before it gets processed with several steps in between.I hate MOHELA. So inefficient and horribly run. I wish the government hadn't selected them to process our loan forgiveness.

      I think this company has overcharged people who have actually worked for 10 plus years in public service.
