      Dear *********************************. Our company has experienced challenges in the sudden increase of accounts as well as a tremendous increase in call volume. We have increased our staff to the fullest of ability and have no control over wait or response times. We value each and every consumer we service and will continue to work diligently to address all their concerns to the best of our ability. We encourage consumers to visit ******************* for tips, and if they have an account with us, they could create an online account to check their status and email questions to our company directly. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and will continue to work hard to move past these new challenges.

      I have sent multiple emails and have tried calling multiple times to no avail. They have had my loan information for WAY MORE THAN 90 DAYS and have not provided me with my PSLF count or my payoff amount. They have not processed my PSLF forms or even included what they received from my previous servicer. They erroneously identified one of my form submissions as a duplicate when it was not. There is no way to talk to a human being about your loan, and I have waited on hold for more than three hours, only to get to an automated message that hung up on me.

      Absolute nightmare trying to get ahold of anyone. Four months after submitting my PSLF application they sent me a packet of paper. The packet contained 1 letter (printed 8 times- what a waste of paper!) that said they received my application and showing my nonprofit employers. However, it stated I only made 2 qualifying payments (it should have been 72+ qualifying payments) and now I cant get ahold of anyone to explain the discrepancy.

      It has been more than 120 days since my PSLF application was submitted, and I haven't heard anything at all from Mohela. It is impossible to reach a human customer service agent, and I can't even confirm they received my application (which was faxed directly to them by my employer). At the very least, let me know you received it. It would make a lot of people less frustrated with your company if they at least knew where they were in terms of waiting. I would like someone from Mohela to please contact me and please respond to everyone else who has posted here also.

      I have been trying to call for months and can't get a real person on the phone at all. I have tried going through so many menus and tried every number they offer and can't talk to a real person about my account. This is ridiculous!!! I wish I could give zero stars.

      I think we should file a law suit against MOHELA. They are holding loans hostage because you cant get a hold of anyone!!! they are the worst loan servicing organization and i think they should be held accountable!

      My loans and TEACH Grants were recently transferred from a competent servicer to MOHELA. It has been a hot mess. Most of the time MOHELA's website is down or in a cyclical crash state. There are no options in their phone tree to speak to a human that actually work. After multiple attempts to speak to a person, the MOHELA robot has put me on hold for spans of 2+ hours or simply hung up on me while I was waiting. I filled out online an request form with an electronic signature consent checkbox twice and both times the form my request was declined with the excuse being that I did not sign the form. I checked the online signature consent form and it's an online form; there is nowhere for a physical signature on an online form. WORST SERVICE EVER!

      Ever since the ***** Admin proposed Loan forgiveness. I have not received a single paper statement of payment due which is crooked because they are now relying on you to forget and charge interest. And you cannot reach anyone!
