    I have received a charge on my ********* **** card for 79.99 that i did not authorize from EFS Companies LLC in ************* **. I had the same issue with the same company on my debit account with ***** ***** twice in the past 2 years which my son took care of. I have no idea how they got my ********* **** card number. I need this charge reversed and for this company to STOP.

    I have POA over my parents who are being charged "EFS OMEGA" and "************* LLC" on their debit card. Please inform me who the charging companies are, so that I can contact them and cancel this. Otherwise I will need to stop payment on the debit card. The account name should be "*************************" or "***********************" and the latest charges were 2/21/23 for $79.99 (EFS COMPANIES LLC) and 1/17/23 for $79.99 (EFS OMEGA).

    I am very sorry to hear that this has happened to your parents. Since we are just a payment processing company, we are not the ones who sell, or cancel, policies. Your parents were sold 2 separate policies from two different companies, who do not speak to one another, so they were unaware. However, we have forwarded your request for cancellation to them both, as well as requested your dad's phone number be added to the *** list, so that not other company within our network calls him again.

     

    I genuinely hope this is a satisfactory solution to you, but if not, please let us know what you would like to happen, and we are more than happy to oblige.

    Hello,
    I represent my 93 year old mother(POA) and noticed an amount of 69.99 being deducted from her account every month for at least 11 months. It may have started before then however I just began to really monitor her account. This deduction is going to this
    EFS Omega. My mother and I are the only ones with access to her account and these charges WERE NOT made by us. We reported this to our bank I counted 11 for a total of $769.89.
    The bank initially credited it all back. Then EFS refunded $279.96 (4) .Of course the bank reversed the credit of 279.96. Now the bank is saying they are going to reverse the remainder of what they have credited to her which is $489.93.
    This leaves $489.93 remaining that EFS should be refunding to her account.
    My mother is on a fixed income and this will strip her account. Please help!!!

    I have been receiving a charge from EFS Companies LLC for about a year now. When I noticed the charge (months ago) I thought it had something to do with my student loans because it was the same exact amount of money charged. I brushed it off as that. Then I just looked at my account again and the name associated with the charge has changed. It now says “vehicle service contract”. I went through all my paperwork in my files about my car and found nothing about a service contract. I would like an explanation as to what these charges are, how they started, and ultimately a refund because I have not used or benefited from this service, nor did I ever knowingly agree to sign up for it.

    They have tried to call you multiple times but have been unable to reach you. I have attached a copy of your contract, which will list the "Seller Account Information" on the 2nd page.  I have also attached proof of delivery from when they initially sent you the booklet, 4 days after purchase.

    I have no missed calls or messages from any of the numbers I have found associated with this business. The attachment of the contract that they sent does not have my signature anywhere on it. Also, the delivery confirmation they sent me is a partial screenshot from an unknown source.

    I was contact a few months ago by a man who did not identify who he was representing. He said he would reduce my electric bill by 10%. because I am a senior citizen and disabled. He did not mention any cost to me. Last month I was charged $ 69.99 for I don't know what and this month the amount was $79.99. I need to have these costs reimbursed and I want to withdraw from this "program".

    My mother is elderly and has dementia. I have been her POA since August 2022. She has been scammed by either a medical supply company or a car warranty company that continues to withdrawal 69.99 per mth from her account. I realize that EFS is the processing company for this amount being withdrawn and I am seeking a resolution for this d/t her condition and the company preying on my mother. I know this has been going on atleast since August, but I believe prior d/t my mother telling me she was being charged and didn't know why. I have been unable to reach EFS directly for some reason and would like this looked into. She is due atleast the amount I know she has been scammed for, which is $839.88 and should be refunded for the full amount of time. If this is not resolved I will be seeking legal counsel.     Hello,

    There has been an identified automatic payment withdrawal from my account on a monthly basis that I did not approve. I believe the transactions are fraudulent. Here is the identification information showing on my account: EFS COMPANIES ********** *** *** *********** The amount is $74.99/ month and has been recurring for multiple months. I have attempted to identify these charges, however, no information is listed anywhere. I would like to cancel all future charges and receive a refund for the previous charges that I did not approve.
