      Hip, hip, Hooray! Varsity Tutors save the day! We absolutely love our Varsity Tutors. My children are now excelling in the subjects they struggled with. Choosing Varsity Tutors was the best decision for my family. This is the absolute best gift you can give your child academically.

      I am sure you readers will think I was paid to say this...However, I am just a mom, helping her ballerina aspiring pre-professional dancer learn ******* as that is her goal to dance in ****** Varsity Tutors connected us with ****, a gifted, caring, super pro teacher, sharing his love of teaching and caring for my daughter as she learns the ******* language. He is amazed by her effort and praises her sincerely. If dancing doesn't work out ( classical ballet is tough road), She may use her ******* studies to find employment with the government or an ambassador office or be the ambassador to ******! PS, since then, As a 14-year-old she made it into the esteemed ***************************** of ******** and Arts in **************. The only thing my daughter asked for was to continue with Varsity Tutors and ********** am a committed loving Mom , trying to help my young talented teen, figure out all the options in her beautiful life ??Thank you Varsity Tutors for matching *** with ****... for being part of her ever growing tapestry called Life.Sincerely, a Mom

      I have been learning Spanish with Varsity Tutors since Dec 2023. Although it's hard I do appreciate the Varsity app which is easy to use & the tutor is great.

      Amazing customer service. The turor is amazing she planned plan that helped my daughter improve her reading and math. Would recommend for anyone looking for more tailored tutoring plan and one to one classes.

      This company's tutoring web site is a rip I've not in 1 week got any questions answered all I get is we are sorry seems to be some difficult on there end and try back later. No time when you're studying to continuously call for I t help. Sorry and thanks for waisting me time.

      I applied for only 4 tutoring session (1 hour each) for the month of December of 2023. I was recently checking my card account and realized they have been charging me for the month of ********* without me knowing. The initial sales rep originally told me I would not need to do anything after I finish my 4 session. They have been charging me for unwanted services and somehow ended up in a month to month plan and when a refund was requested they stated it was impossible to refund unused hours.

      Varsity Tutors grossly underpays the tutors, especially in comparison to what they charge clients for services. The platform is not user friendly or conducive to quality teaching and learning and the customer support is very avoidant when you raise a concern as a tutor.

      Our son is taking an online French course and needed a little tutoring help. ************* linked him up with and amazing teacher who he just adores. I don't know that many 18-year-olds who love their French sessions online but he seems to really enjoy their time and great conversations. Really helping him with his grade too!

      I had signed up for 16 hours of tutoring on 2/24. I had no idea that 16 hours would expire in 4 weeks. I was clear with the salesperson that I could not start till 3/11. I had my first tutoring session on 3/11 which was terrible. The instructor was all over the place and did not have his own materials. He asked me what I paid, and when I told him $1800, he freaked out that it was too much. I called the main customer service number to complain about the tutor, only to find out that my 16 hours were going to expire 3/24 and the only way to continue was to pay $300 per month for another 6 months to keep the 16 hours. I called back again and explained the situation to a customer service representative, and they said they would give me a refund, and I even got an email confirming the refund. The next day, I got an email from Varsity saying they would not issue a refund. I posted a review on ****** and got a reply to my review that I should email experience@varistytutors with all the information. The email address immediately comes back saying that the email address was not found. This company is a scam!
