      I would NEVER recommend ** to anyone. After talking with SEVERAL representatives regarding my pass guarantee, they continually call me to tell me that I owe them money and try to get my into some sort of corner that I didn't follow the rules per my contract, only to make the experience of trying to pass the test more frustrating than EVER! Pick another place.

      I have been significantly overcharged for tutoring services ($2k) and have spent hours with five different customer service personnel who all agree an error has been made but are not empowered to refund charges. Escalations are said to be made but follow up calls prove they never happen. I suspect varsity tutors has outsourced their billing and suscription services to a fraudulent company. BEWARE

      A Great after tutoring session. Many friendly and fun tutors with fun tutoring methods to make it more enjoyable for the students. My kids enjoyed it a lot. Customers services are friendly and knowledgeable. Only thing I wish VS to change is less confusing to navigate on the website. So glad school district provided this tutoring.
