      We had a terrible experience with Varsity Tutors. We were with them for about 4-5 months. In the second month, the tutor that they provided for my daughter decided all of a suddent that she was no longer available to Tutor. So all of those hours that we were supposed to have with her, were lost along with the hundreds of dollars that were paid for the service. They did not provide another tutor for us. That was the 1st red flag. Then, for our last tutoring session, they just cancelled it unilaterally. When I contacted the tutor she was wondering why they cancelled it as well, as she did not receive any notice to that regard. They are very quick to take your money, and provide horrible service. The customer service is just them telling you how great they are. What a terrible experience!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

      Varsity tutors is engaging in Bait and Switch because tutors are not given the information about whether a student in an opportunity's list is elgible for the hourly rate increase or not. Varsity Tutors claims it is a privacy issue, buy an icon on the ****************** does not tell me anything about the client's account, finances, credit rating, payments, etc. The real issue is that Varsity Tutors is worried that students who are not eligible for the hourly rate increase will not be chosen from the opportunities page. Varsity Tutors needs to address their concerns another way.

      I was a loyal Varsity Tutors customer for years, trusting them with my sons education. But their recent business practices are completely unethical and have caused me tremendous stress.I agreed to a flexible monthly plan, NOT a long-term membership. Despite this, tutors kept canceling, and I later discovered that if a month passed without using the sessions, they would take my money without offering any credit or refund.The worst part? I was out of the country for four months and received ZERO tutoring sessionsbut Varsity Tutors continued charging me every single month. When I first called, they assured me I would get my money back. But now, theyve reversed their position, falsely claiming I never canceled. Their customer service *** even told me, Use it or lose it.This entire experience has been exhausting and incredibly frustrating. They charged me for months of tutoring I never received, refused to let me speak to a supervisor, and showed no accountability for their actions. Instead of supporting families, this company prioritizes profit over ethics, causing unnecessary stress and financial loss.I will be making sure everyone I previously referred to Varsity Tutors cancels immediately. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

      Great online platform which is easy to navigate. Organising, changing and contacting tutors is all wrapped up when you sign up to the app. My daughter has really progressed well since starting with varsity. So pleased we are with varsity!

      My one on one tutor is amazing. She gets 5+ stars. I've progressed faster and farther than I excepted. Taking class once a week works well with my ************ of the group classes was amazing and one was so bad that I reported it to Varsity. And one was difficult to access and send the homework.The AI help is great for practice lessons and evaluations.I had no problem talking to a live person regarding classes, billing and IT help.Definitely continuing individual and group classes

      They are a scam. I spent 2 hours with a *** talking about my child's specific needs only to me matched with a total who was not even close to the subject I was looking tutoring for. Trying to get help from them is a joke. No Live help even when they say 7 days a week. Only AI bots. They will sell you on a service they cannot provide and will not stand by or support. PLEASE save yourself he headache and frustration. Lost $500 for nothing.

      Varsity Tutors LLC is a great tutoring company I've been with for 1 year. My son was struggling in Math and Reading. I have to most wonderful and helpful tutor. She is very patient and nice. You have the chance to change your tutor immediately if its not a great match. I really love the group classes that offered with a extremely large selection of classes and subject based off your child age. Also, on demand tutoring is the best. If you are looking for quality tutoring services with experienced teachers Varsity Tutoring is your best choice.

      This was one of the worst experiences we had with a business. They constantly change your membership without permission or notice. We signed up for a year then was told it was month to month after we tried to cancel. We came to find out they renewed the subscription without notice before the previous agreement ran out. Tutors cancel sessions without notice or quit leaving you to scramble for a new one. They promise credits and do not actually apply them. They overbill and charge for time you didn't actually use and then say they will look into a refund, but then do not follow up. Everyone tells you something different depending on who you speak with and now the latest tutor spends our sessions showing my daughter Blues Clues and wastes time on things not relevant to her teaching. This place is a scam and I would never recommend it. I could go on and on about the bad experiences.

      Our 7 year of has been struggling to read. In addition to the schools supplemental reading program, and 3 months of weekly sessions from *********************************, nothing seemed to be working. Varsity tutors unique 1:1 tutoring with the interactive platform helps keep our daughter engaged better than any other strategy tried so far. The reception/intake staff did a great job helping identify a good match for our daughter. Saturday mornings work best for our family so its nice to have an option that fits our schedule and we dont have to leave the comfort of our home. We have no intentions of leaving Varsity Tutors and are so grateful to have found them!

      They took my money refused to give me a refund and no tutoring was provided, the tutor was not qualify to tutor the subject he stated he didn't know the answers and left the tutoring session, called the office they are going to get back to me still waiting i need my ****** back
