      They gave me a prequalified letter for a va loan and when I was going to use it they told me I had to sell my property before I can get the loan. Two months of waisted time because they waited two months to tell me this. They are out there to get veterans money not to help them.

      Besides feeling like the process itself seemed elusive due to the nature of home buying, the team was phenomenal and I kept in contact with them regularly. (I tended to call and did not wait to be called but they were patient and very helpful).

      Veterans United made the entire process as easy as possible and really kept with us and kept us going when things werent looking so great. I appreciate all their time and the overall effort to make us feel heard and give us the best deal possible. Not to mention how much they treated us like friends and always got back to us even at the craziest of times. Best decision we couldve made.

      Veterans United was an organization that assisted us in our time of need. Not only did they supersede our expectations but gave us a piece of mind during the entire process. We are now homeowners and were very taken care of by kind, professional, knowledgeable subject matter ********************** was great and response times were faster than I've ever experienced which helped us make quick decisions with other key players in a timely fashion culminating in saving us money. I have shared their information with family Veterans of mine and will be sharing it with Veterans I served with. I will be doing business with this organization again. All the key players like my relator and others made several positive comments on the staff and how great it was to work with them. For a purchase from out of state, this was one of the best organizations I could have had the opportunity to represent my family for a home purchase. I value my reputation and word and have no problem encouraging others to receive the same level of service that was afforded to me.       Very easy, super responsive, awesome to work with, and worked at the pace I set. Got everything clear to close super fast. Told me up front that there are fees associated with a VA loan. Pretty cool and no hassle. The most hassle came from the realtor if anything.
