      i contacted Tri-State Water Power and Air in reference to
      getting a generator installed. They scheduled for one of their guys to
      come out and discuss and quote me on one. Which he came out on 7/24/2023
      we did in fact talk and he quoted tried to pull electronic credit
      agreement but stated his system wasn't working so he'll have to submit a
      paper copy. He told me that he'll give to ***** the person who handle
      that part and that she would contact me before processing anything.
      Which its now7/27/2023 and i still havent talked with ***** but she
      processed my credit applications without me authorizing her to do so. I
      didnt even know that it had been processed until I received a credit
      inquiry on my credit report. i forgot to mentioned that i reached back
      out to **** on 7/24/23 to tell him to inform ***** not to process
      anything because i wanted to shop around. **** also mentioned that the
      compnay that would finance to services was called Alley but ended up
      being some company called Greensky actual did. When calling corporate to
      see why my credit the guy Adam was vert helpful and tried on several
      attempts to contact **** with no until 7/27 he had **** to call me.
      Speaking to **** he basically told me that when i sign the paper form i
      gave consent, when he clearing told me the day he was trying to secure
      his sale that now someone named Erin should have called to go over my
      loan with me which i never talked with her and when i told him that it
      seemed like they processed that application fraudulently he told me
      someone from the finance dept would be in touch.I indeed talked with the
      guy didnt get a name but he was rude and basically told me that i
      signed the application and its was nothing they could do. I feel as if
      their trying to force me into purchasing a generator just so that can
      make a sell. This is very unprofessional and should be against the law.
      Im a homeowner and have made upgrades to home and each time i was also
      contacted before anything was processed. *** ****

      today Kyle and Rodman came to install my new ceiling fan on my lanai. They were on time and very capable gentlemen and completed the job while explaining to me the steps involved. I was impressed with both men and would recommend them to anyone seeking electrical service. June *****, Punta Gorda Florida.

      they are more geared towards generating revenue and commissions for selling products. Company is poorly run and all about the bottom line. Terminated their services. Buyer be ware.

      It seems you know nothing about business. I know what it cost to run my business and to take care of not only my employees but also my customers. If a business does not generate revenue than a company can not stay in business. We have been in business for over 30 years! We don't sale anything. we give professional options to our customers and let them decide if they want to proceed or not. We never, ever sale anything. We allow customers to buy from us if they feel it will benefit them. Just like your *********** needs to generate revenue or you would not be in business. Your slanderous comment of my company being poorly ran is unacceptable. I looked up your law firm business and you have several past customers not happy with your services and prices. So are those complaints valid as much as well? In fact, they feel they wasted thousands of dollars on your services and you just care about your bottom line and go as far as to accuse your company as a scam. So, I will ask you to kindly remove this complaint and worry about your business and I will also ask you to cease anymore slanderous comments directed to my business.

      Service guy seemed only interested in selling us a $2,000 UV gadget. He left us no sheet on what he did during his maintenance visit, nor did he mark the service date on our unit.

      I have sent over the maintenance invoice dated April 10th with what was done on the maintenance. All you had to do is call our office and they could have sent it to you. We don't sell anything ever. We let the customer know of any potential issue that need to be brought to their attention at time of services. At this service Tino noticed biological growth starting to form on your air handler and gave you a solution to keep from getting worse. If you elect to do nothing that is your choice but it our techs job to be detailed and bring any concerns to your attention. We are a paperless invoice company and never leave any "sheets"  you should know this as you only like communication via email as you have told us in the past. Again, a simple phone call could have alleviated any of your concerns. This 1 star review is really unfair. You paid for a service, we did the service brought potential issues to your attention and all because he did not write a date on air handler or email an invoice of visit you felt a need to leave us a 1 star?

      Hopkins has always been very responsive. My A/C is kept running well. Whenever there is a problem, Hopkins fixes it immediately. The workers are competent and courteous.

      Hopkins Air Conditioning serviced our air conditioner well. I wrote a brief review about them. Hopkins A/C embellished the review and added things that I never wrote. Therefore the review in my name is not mine. Would you trust doing business with a company like that?

      Spoke with customer. It was an error on our part was suppose to say " Thank you for your feedback" instead it said "Thank edit your feedback" as a response to his 5 star ****** review. We have fixed the response that was in error on our end and apologized to our customer for any confusion. He would like to edit his BBB review.

      Hopkins Air has been the BEST A/C company I have had in almost 30 years. Technicians like Miguel are super helpful and a great asset to have in FL and I would give more stars if I could (but also I don’t want everyone else taking him away from being available when I need help!) Truly top of the line service.

      We hired Luminous for our panel upgrades and portable generator hookup. After interviewing their electrician Jack ****** we trusted him to do it right. With two existing main panels on two different floors, and a pair of bonded neutral Duromax inverter generators to power our house, this was not a routine job. Four other electricians checked out the job and basically flunked -- either they seemed to not understand the how to connect my generators (a "separately derived system") to two different ************************************************** after seeing the job, never got back to me. So I went with **** and Luminous even though their price was the highest.****'s work was flawless, our interactions were informative and enjoyable, and he started and finished when promised. There were no surprises, and the final price was exactly as quoted. **** explains what he is about to do, and why, then does it! Being a naturally curious person, I often looked up elements of his approach on electrical forums, and he was always right. ****'s work was neat, and fully satisfied the county and utility inspectors. Ask for him, agree to the Luminous price, and from then on you will be delighted by what you get.

      Outstanding Job! 5 star **************** and Quality of Work! Every aspect of the job - the professionalism of the office staff (**************************** and ******) - the assessment of the ** problem (**********) - the installation of a brand new air conditioning unit and complete duct work (**********, *****, ****, ****, **************** and the management team (************ and ********) was excellently handled. I would highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning!
