I have provided the information I received via text.  The ID=******** was included in my previous request for help.  I have no additional information.  They have however not contacted me since March 8th.  Again my address is ************************************. The last 4 digits of my SS # is 5353.  I think they are giving you the run around.  We have given them already all the information that they just requested.  However since you have contacted them on my behalf, they have appeared to taken me off their scheduled times on text contacts.  Feb 25, Mar 1, Mar 5, and Mar 8 was their contact schedule with me. It is now March 17th and I have had no more harassing texts.  Perhaps they have corrected the problem or this was a scam hiding behind this company name.

      Complaint: 23009450

      March 24, 2025

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: I have received no written response for at information as to why *** continues to contact me. I have provided them with the information that they requested through the Better Business Bureau.  I have applied the STOP request on my text.  Now they are calling again. On March 24, 2025 at 10 am,  I received another call from CCL.  I again did not answer.  I want to know exactly in writing why they continue to contact me.

      Sincerely,

      ** *****

I sent the following letter to CCL on March 27, 2025 through their website *****************************************************************************************

I have been working through the Better Business Bureau to get you to stop calling, texting, and emailing.  According to the BBB, you have no record of a complaint against me. Yet, you continue to call.  I have no information in writing what you are trying to do.  I have never had an account unpaid as long as I can remember.  However, since you have not provided me any information in writing as to exactly what the problem is I can only assume that I am being scammed.  In your phone calls and texts, you have requested that I call ************ to arrange a settlement or low payment option with *******.  ********** bill is paid every month. I double checked.  I want a letter stating the exact payment amount that you are trying to collect, the date or dates the claimed service was provided, to whom I am suppose to owe money, and why you have named ******* as the creditor. I will not be responding to phone calls, texts, or emails unless said email  responds to my concerns identified in this message.

Credit Control LLC contacted me regarding a debt with ******* back in September 2024. They added $400 fee to my account since they bought the account. I requested a validation of debt and they just provided bills without any specific details. I asked for a breakdown of charges but nothing more was sent to me. They said I am being charged for 4 phone installments. I had mailed 2 iPhone 12s back to them per customer service prior to disconnecting service with them. I contacted ******* but they refer me back to Credit Control. They dont want to help me obviously because they want me to pay the bill. I am trying to get these fees removed from account and have the account removed from my credit report.
