    I placed my order yesterday for the ** pro turf shoes. I never received a confirmation email but my credit card was charged. Ive been trying to call them since their open time 10 am CST but I keep getting an automated message saying theyre closed. Its super frustrating and Ill be contacting my bank to dispute the charge if I dont get a reply from them EOD.

    On 9/7/23 I ordered a pair of **** **** ********* ***** ** ***** ** ** in Baltic Blue/white color way. The fund’s came out from my account for $247.49 on 9/7/23 I have yet to receive a email about my purchase. I setup a profile on their site and that doesn’t show my order as well. These shoes are for my son who is in the middle of a tough High School season and needs his new soccer cleats asap. Please refund asap so I can fulfill my son’s elsewhere or I will take legal action.

    On Monday, September 4, 2023 I attempted to purchase an egift card from ***************** in the amount of $75.00. When trying to complete the purchase after entering credit card and personal information, I would not receive a confirmation but rather a "server error" message. I tried multiple times and seven transactions were complete between two separate credit cards.
    I've called multiple times and sent an email outlining the issue with no responses.

    Like many other people on here have said, my son purchased a new pair of ****** Accuracy ******************* size 10, he never got an email confirmation or receipt yet the funds have been taken out of his account. We tried calling numerous times and emailed with no answer or response.

    I should have read all of the negative reviews before ordering from this website. On 9-1-23 I placed an order for soccer cleats, checked out and payed for them, receiving an order number. They charged my card, but didnt send me any form of a confirmation email. Seems to be a trend with this company as you can read in all of the other reviews. There is absolutely no way to get ahold of these people, Ive waited hours on the phone, emailed them, ******** messaged them. Nothing. My soccer season starts relatively soon, when ordering these I expected to be waiting the normal **** business days, but I dont have time nor extra money to be waiting around months just to have my order canceled and a refund begin to start. This BBB website seems to be the only thing they answer to, so I hope by writing this I am able to receive my soccer cleats in time. Going forward I would really recommend they look into there customer service department, because it is horrible. I didnt cancel the purchase on my card yet in hopes you guys can just ship them out as soon as possible

    I understand customers get upset quickly, but this review in general does not make sense. In our policy it states "We ship your order as quickly as possible. All items that are in stock at SoccerPro will be shipped within 1-3 business days through *** or ***** You have the option in the Checkout to expedite the shipping method for an additional fee. Shipments may be delayed due to holidays, weather delays while in transit or other unforeseen occurrences. For time-sensitive deliveries please call SoccerPro to confirm the estimated shipping time." He ordered on September 1st, 2023 and we shipped off his order off today September 6th, 2023. Due to the holiday his order was shipped off in 3 business days and tracking information has been provided to the customer via emial. The customer has been informed about his order and has everything he needs.

    I ordered a pair of New Balance Tekela v4 Pro's off of their website on 5/11/2023. I never received an email confirming my order, but the money has been taken out of my account. I also upgraded my shipping and paid for that as well. All I have is the proof of purchase, as I took a screenshot of the receipt after I checked out. I have been trying to email and call and have yet to receive a response. It's been a week since I ordered the shoes and still don't have a shipping confirmation. If I do not hear back from them, receive my product or a refund, I will be taking legal action.

    I just recently put in a order for the **** Mercurial Superfly 8 FG cleats in a size 9 US mens, costing $275.00 off of there website. I was able to make the order but when I checked my email there is no confirmation. I went back onto the website to check my account on the soccerpro website and my order is not even showing up in there database. I checked my bank account and they definetly charged me for it. This is my first time buying from this website and if you check the bottom they have a A+ score which is not the case at all. I will give it a little bit of time to get back to me cause I just put in the order a couple of hours ago. Know that I look at the score and all the bad reviews, if I do not hear back from them, recieve my product, a refund, I will be taking legal action.

    I have an e gift card that is not working. I have tried to get in touch with them several times through email, social media, voice mails and phone calls, and have never gotten any response.

    I recently bought a size 11 mbappe cleats dark purple beetroot on January 21 of 2023 and I have only received “ order received” my order number is ******-SP and that’s all I have received. My email is *********************. After I bought it I have no confirmation and no shipping updates or any tracking updates. I have not gotten any updates on my order and it’s been 3 weeks now. There is nothing that I have got. I really want this soccer cleats for my upcoming tournament. I have tried to contact the team but I have no response I even tried to call many times and they have not answered and I have emailed them about 6 times and no response.

    We ordered a pair of soccer cleats online from ************* (***** **********) on 1/26/23.
    Our credit card was charged $251.99 on 1/26/23.
    We received notice that the package was delivered to our front door on 2/1/23 @ 12:26pm
    We never received the package - we have security cameras that show activity on 2/1/23 @ 8:25am and 2:54pm but nothing at 12:26pm. We believe the package was never delivered to the correct address if at all.
    I sent emails as well as left voicemails to customer service on 2/2/23 and again on 2/8/23 but have not gotten any responses.
    I contacted my credit card company on 2/8/23 to dispute the charge.
    We understand that things get lost in the mail, but the issue is that we have not had any response to the emails and voicemails that have been left for SoccerPro customer service and that is what is unacceptable since they were paid for the order.

    We never received the package as I stated in my email response to them that they seem to be ignoring. I replied to their email and attached a screenshot of the security camera log that shows nothing arrived when the POD states it was delivered to the front door. The security camera would have picked up the motion if it was left on the front porch. My original position has not changed that we want them to send the package again.
