    I am writing because I was trying to order some days ago on the website and at checkout, it gave me an error on the order. Went back to do it over and one of the items was not showing available anymore so I chose a different one and tried the order again, still got an error at checkout. Now I see that my credit card was charged for both orders and they both show “Processing” on my account on the website. I have been calling and calling with no response from their customer service. I have emailed as well, still no response. I also never received a confirmation email from them for the orders.

    I placed an order on December 11th as a Christmas gift. It's now February 3rd and I am still waiting on my order. I have made multiple attempts to contact Customer service and nobody ever answers. I have also contacted them through email and have not received any replies. At this time I just want my refund and to warn others about this company. I wish I would have read the previous reviews as its common practice for this company.

    Bought a jersey for my birthday on 08/24/22; it came 2 months late and completely defective. Letters on the back were crooked, number wasn’t even put on right(sloppy work). For the $110.88 I spent to get a jersey, I’m expecting quality work not what I received. I called almost every day and was on hold for hours and hours with no response. Wasn’t till November that someone emailed back, but apparently “defect products do not qualify for a refund only a replacement or store credit”. I asked for a replacement and since then, absolutely 0 news despite me calling over and over again and emailing.

    I have been emailing and calling the provided phone number and email addresses for over a week with no response. The voicemail box is "full" so you can not leave a message.

    I bought my son a jersey for Christmas from SoccerPro***** Apparently, the stitching around the collar was frayed and it came completely unraveled within a few days of him opening it. I have been reaching out to hopefully exchange it for a jersey in better condition, but no one is getting back to me.

    Beware that you can not return or exchange purchases from this company.

    We understand ******* and his issue with his defective jersey, we have emailed him a paid **** return label, offering to take his jersey back for store credit or an exchange for another new jersey on January 23rd, 2023. We will gladly cover the cost in shipping for the exchange or we will issue full store credit for his purchase. We have not had a response back from *******, but we are eagerly awaiting a response to make things right. Attached is the email with the return label we have sent to *******.

    On 12/24/22, I placed order #******-SP totaling $84.99. The webpage said the order had been received and I took a screenshot, however, I never got an email confirmation or any shipping updates. The payment was made at the time of the order being placed. The shipping time says 4-10 business days and it is now beyond that. I sent 2 emails to ***************** as well as 1 to ****************** and never got a response. I called during their alleged business hours and was on hold for over 1 hr and never talked to an actual person. Their website says they have A+ BBB rating, but BBB says NR. Seems like false advertising to me. Based off of all the other complaints I have read on this site, I worry that I will never receive my order or get my money back.

    I ordered on December 24th a ********************************* kids ************************ away jersey and had "$103.98" taken out of my bank account. I paid for a 3-5 business day shipping and I still haven't received my order. I tried contacting soccerpro through email and haven't received an email back with an answer. I have an original screenshot of my receipt + order number. At this point I want the jersey or my money back! My 8 year old son only asked for this for his birthday and we weren't able to gift him this or anything else because the money was taken out so I couldn't afford to buy something else and the jersey is missing!

    On December 12 I placed an order for a jersey. My order included 2-5 business day expedited shipping. I got an order acknowledgement from website via email that said most orders shipped by the next day and if I need to know the status contact them by phone or email. That was the last I heard from Soccerpro. com until January 2, when I got a mass email that implied they were backed up, that customer can get $25 off by placing another order more and orders will be handled as soon as able. I could have ordered from another website and gotten item by Christmas; it was reasonable to expect this website would perform. From this company, however, they took an order and I got the silent treatment. As they instructed for order status questions, I have phoned their customer service multiple times (including waiting long on hold—they never any answer); I have tried to leave a voicemail (their mailbox always full and they are never accepting voice messages); and sent multiple emails to customer service asking the status of my order (there is never any response to my query from customer service.) This business appears to have stuffed the 2022 order chain this December inflating its results far beyond its capacity to deliver, misleading me and apparently other customers about order fulfillment, and has awful customer service practices showing disdain for those who have placed an order.

    First and foremost, the only response Ive seen from this company is on this BBB website. They 100% cannot be reached any other way and apparently only respond here. They have one email listed on their website and another that is given when you call their phone number. Neither email is responded to and their vm is full. I ordered a customized soccer jersey in December. Their website claims the customized jerseys “usually ship in 3 business days, but can sometimes take up to 10 days.” I was flexible in my thinking re: ship date because of all the supply chain issues, not to mention the World Cup coinciding with the holiday time. Over 10 business days later I reached out to the company via the email provided on their website, with my order number asking for an update. After several days, I got no response (checked junk folder as well). I emailed again asking the same question. Several more days went by with no response. I called the number on their website and let the phone ring for 43 minutes while listening to the intermittent pre-recorded message, which said you could alternatively email them with your question (here they gave a completely different email than the website gives), or you could leave a voicemail and someone would return your call. I decided to let it ring. No one answered. So I reached out via the different email address (that they gave on the pre-recorded phone message). After 2 days I got no response from that email so I called the number back (this is the number listed on their website mind you), and when they gave the prompt to dial “1” to leave a voicemail, I did and the phone hung up. I called back and pressed “1” again and got a message saying the voicemail box was full and no messages could be left. The ONLY response I’ve seen from the co. is here on this website. I am surprised this company is allowed to keep scamming people. They boast an “A+” BBB rating, which is why I trusted them. Scam site. I have contacted my credit card company.

    I ordered a soccer jersey from soccerpro . com on December 11th. My order number is #******-SP. They promised 4-10 days delivery time, but by December 23rd I had received no updates, so I emailed ****************** that day, and I still have not received a response. I have called their number ( ************ ) a total of 4 times over past 2 weeks and no one has answered the phone and the voicemail box is full. I paid $120.99 for a **** ******* jersey with the EPL patch. I hope to either receive this or get a full refund.
