    I placed an order at soccerpro on 11/18/22 about 2 weeks ago, got a confirmation email with a summary of the items I ordered and the total was $230.23. Status says processing but I haven't received any updates on my order. I have send multiple emails and tried calling them but im just left on hold for hours and hours. I would like to cancel the order and get a refund for this order. Order #******-SP

    We do apologize for such a late response and lack of customer service during these past few weeks, we have been experiencing lots of changes along with the Holiday season and World Cup coinciding this year. Through email, we have come to an agreement and have shipped off your desired products on December 12th, 2023. We offered to accept the jersey back for an exchange or store credit, but never received a response. Here at SoccerPro we always strive to be better at what we do everyday and we thank you for your business.

    HI, I placed an order with soccerpro**** on 11/13/2022. I bought a size 10.5 in soccer cleats. My paperwork clearly states that I ordered a 10.5 but they sent me a size 10. I emailed them and tried calling them multiple times. There is only a voicemail that is full and cannot accept any messages at this time. This is a Christmas gift. It's now 11/30, I need size 10.5, which is what I ordered. PLEASE

We also do apologize for the mistake in sending you the incorrect pair of cleats. We covered all of the shipping, since it was our mistake, and then we shipped the correct pair to you on December 15th, and it was delivered right before the holidays.     11/7/2022 ordered custom soccer jersey from website which was supposed to be sent 3-10 business days. 11/17 called to check on order & was on hold for 3hours 40 minutes before they closed for the day & unable to leave voice-mail. I then emailed re: status of order stating I need order by 11/25 since it is a gift for grandson & we're leaving country for extended time. They responded that if I was in time constraint, they could send blank jersey! Or different player's jersey in stock. I declined offer and asked for refund if unable to complete order in timely manner. No response. 11/18 emailed re frustration with lack of communication and asked for update. No response. 11/21 emailed again for update. Again No response. This business seems like a scam. Won't answer phone, can't leave voice-mail and won't respond to email for solution. Also ******* their business location and it's a metal building that says ****** on it. I am requesting a refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I bought a pair of soccer cleats on October 19, 2022 at a price of 224.99. On the items page it mentioned this pair of cleats would not ship till the end of October. I got an email confirmation of my order by haven’t not heard anything since on my order status. Money has already been charged from my bank account and I have tried to get in contact with Soccerpro through email and phone but no success. I would like my money back at this point. I have purchased the cleats else where due to needing the cleats.

    I placed an online order for a jersey and never got it,keep emailing them they only replied once saying it will ship soon.Ive tried several attempts to call with no answer.several more emails are being ignored. I want a refund and cant get ahold of them. I believe they are scamming people
