    Based on the low average rating and the below market price for the discontinued Inter Milan jersey I wanted and SoccerPro.com offered, I was skeptical. I took a chance and am glad I did. I placed the order after close of business and received a tracking number the next business day. It was delivered a few days later by ***** The product has all the indications that it is a genuine **** product. I own many jerseys and this was package exactly as I would expect, with paper inside and outside the garment and all within a sealed plastic package. The embroidered logos and patches are all top quality. I am sure it is not counterfeit.

    I ordered my son new cleats from SoccerPro on Saturday night, they were shipped on Monday with tracking immediately provided and arrived on Wednesday. Such an easy process and the cleats are exactly what we wanted. I read lots of reviews that made me question buying from them but decided to go for it because the price couldn't be beat, SO GLAD I DID.

    Putting this together after my order has arrived and the process is all over with- my order arrived quite timely and customer service was super helpful the entire time. I read previous reviews and was nervous about buying through their site, however it was very much worth it! I accidentally chose size **** instead of 9.5 and tried emailing them immediately after purchasing. The next day I called and a little bit after leaving a voicemail I got an email response that the order was changed to my correct size and shipped that same day. I got the predator accuracy.1 which are NOT cheap, so I was super worried once I saw the order confirmation with the incorrect size. Super thankful for their help and cant wait to wear these on the pitch!

    I ordered 3 jerseys on 12/8/23, hoping they would arrive by Christmas. They were personalized, which always takes longer, so I was worried I might be cutting it too close. They shipped on 12/16 and were in my mailbox by 12/18! I was very happy with the turnaround time and the quality of the jerseys. I also recommended my mom order a jersey as a Christmas gift and it arrived in time and was great. I know there are some negative reviews here, which I read before I ordered, but decided to take a chance anyway because they had a particular hard-to-find jersey my son wanted. I'm so glad I did, I had an excellent experience shopping with them.

    I am filing a complaint because I dont anything about an order I placed, and I have try to reach them on their **************** and email but they dont answer it have been more than 10 days and I dont know anything I need my refund.

    We do apologize for your experience with SoccerPro, but you placed your order on 12/6/23 and we reached out via email on 12/8/23 to confirm your shipping address before we shipped off your order, because it is not valid. We never received a response from you. We did not ship off your order because we were worried it would not be delivered to the correct address. We of course did not want to cancel and refund without your permission due to the discount you received when you placed your order.     Let me start by saying, I think this site is great. I didnt read any reviews before I placed my order and once I saw them I got really nervous. My internet froze up while I was placing my order so I couldnt get the confirmation number right away and the payment had gone through. I reached out to them by email and they responded fairly quick. They provided me with my confirmation number and updated me on my order through the entire process until it shipped. The two jerseys I received were brand new and for those who are curious about the legitimacy of the jerseys, theyre real. Not sure how this site was before as its the first order Ive placed with them but I had no issues and will definitely be ordering again.

    I wrote a bad review in February because my grandson's birthday present didn't arrive as expected. It did arrive the day before I left home. There was also an apology, so maybe they did get overwhelmed. I would probably give them a second try.

    Agree, its either a scam or a poorly run business, no communication, I am 14 days past my order date and still no word from them, though the money has been withdrawn from my account. I would strongly advise people refrain from ordering its likely a scam business
