On 11-30-2022 I ordered 2 jerseys as Christmas gifts. I received a confirmation and expected to receive a shipping confirmation. On 12/9/2022 I reached out by email and never received a response. I called today and have been on hold for 2 and a half hours. These are XMAS gifts so I need to know if they intend on fulfilling so I can get my sons alternative gifts is not. I ordered merchandise from Soccer Pros website on November 29, 2022, and it was supposed to ship in 4-10 business days. I never received a shipping confirmation, so I tried to contact them. I have now emailed them three times, called multiple times and stayed on hold for over 2 hours, left voicemails and even messaged them on Facebook. To date, none of these attempts have been responded to by Soccer Pros. At this point, it looks like this is a scam website who has taken my money ($200).Business Response

I placed an order on 11/28 for a soccer jersey. I was charged that same day for the jersey, $90. It's been almost two weeks and still have not received the jersey. I've called three times, waiting on hold for 40-45 minutes each time, and no answer. I've called at 1pm, 4:30pm and 6pm, hoping it was maybe the time I was calling. I've also sent four emails and have not gotten a response. Not sure what else to do at this point. Doesn't seem like anybody actually works at this company, and it's a scam.Business Response

I purchased a USWNT jersey Youth XL on November 28th 2022. I received a confirmation email right away and I got an alert from my credit card company that my credit card had been billed for the jersey. I paid for shipping which should have delivered my package in 4-10 business days. I never received another email from the company with shipping information such as a tracking number or estimated date of arrival. I have tried to email the company multiple times to check on the status of my order with no response. I have tried to call and speak to someone at SoccerPro and was unable to reach anyone as no one answers the phone, there is no way to leave a message. So I ordered one of the cleats on soccerpro**** and when I go to checkout I chose 1 business day shipping for $30 dollars and it's has been like 4-5 days already and I need it QUICK but nothing has arrived. At this point I don't even need it anymore and I want a refund of total $252.74 dollars back. I even email and called but no one answer. I haven't even see a single email from the day I purchase the item about shipping or tracking information even until now. I order a size 10.5 in cleats (see attached)-they sent a size 10. No one answers when you call and they don't respond to email. Now they want me to return them, pay for them to be shipped to them and hopefully they will send the right size. I won't have them in time for Christmas!

I ordered a couple items from Soccer Pro. They charged my credit card, but I never received an email confirmation of my order or shipping confirmation. When I reached out to them by email to check on the status of my order, I received no response. I also tried calling the phone number listed on their website, waited for an hour on hold and no answer. I tried calling again and waited on hold for two hours and still no one answered. I ordered cleats for my daughter’s indoor soccer season and they were never received. I tried calling company during business hours 5 different times and phone says they are closed and cannot receive messages due to mailbox being full. I cannot check order status online because I did not create account. There is no way to speak to anyone or get information on the order and the soccer season has started already. I want a full refund on these shoes!!

This company is FRAUD! I ordered one pair of cleats for my son and was charged for two pair. I also paid for 2 day shipping but have not received the order. This is over $600. Then, they have not responded to any emails. I have called multiple times and stay on hold for over an hour and no one ever answers. I then tried to leave a voicemail, but that is not an option. I called early this morning again and it says that the voicemail is full and they cannot leave messages. This company needs legal action taken as their customer service is horrible, this is fraudulent, this is stealing. They charged me twice. Each transaction $309.99.
