    Horrible company do not waste your time or money with this joke of a company! Been on hold as I'm typing for exactly 1 hour and 10 min. Left a few voice mails with no response. Sent a few emails as well and was replied to my first email after 4 days stating that they shipped my order on 10/03/2022 and it was left on front porch on 10/04/2022. I placed the order on 10/05/2022 so how the heck is that even possible. They must have a time traveler there or something. Besides the time line error, the address that they show on the tracking number is not even close. Different city and state. This is the second I place an order with this company and the second time that I have a negative experience. I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt but I regret I did. I only gave 1 star cause it wouldn't let me give 0 stars.

    Not quite sure why this company is rated A on BBB. I have an order number of ********* and I have yet to receive communication of my package being shipped. I have emailed, called, left voicemail and been stuck on hold for hours to only not reach anyone. I am going to file a dispute with my bank as I think this organization is fraudulent.

    Hi, your website does not confirm when a purchase is made or send an email. I was charged 3 times when trying to buy a gift card. And in trying to fix the problem no one has responded to my emails and I have not been able to reach anyone by phone.

    Hi ****,According to our system and email chain, you were charged 3 times for one $75 gift card, totaling $225. You emailed on October 31st at 3:50pm explaining your situation and on October 31st at 6:45pm one of our representatives emailed you back explaining that we issued 2, $75 refunds and issued you your gift card to your email. We did not receive any responses back from you, but we figured since the issue was fixed, you were satisfied with your order. Please check your inbox for our email and we would gladly issue a refund if you no longer wish to have the gift card!

    I ordered a jersey in September of this year. I have had an impossible time communicating with them. I have waited multiple times on line for over an hour with no luck. I have also sent messages to email address they reference which I have also done numerous times.. When I was communicating with them in September they said the shirt was on back order. Since October they have not responded in any way to my attempts to contact them.

    Ordered my cleats Saturday and now its Tuesday and I still didnt receive an email containing my order details called 10 times stayed on hold and still didnt get any answer

    Tried to send a gift card to someone through this site. I was charged twice, and the gift card was never sent. I have called them several times over several days and have never been able to get past the automated line (worse than the ***** I'll take it up with my credit card company. Boo.
