    I ordered from them, days went by and no updates on shipping or expected delivery. I had to purchase from another website and file a claim with my bank because they don't even answer the phone. The worst part is that they still shipped it so my bank took the money back. Then they wouldn't respond to me trying to send it back. Which by the way, the product looked like ****. I would not reccomend anyone purchase from here. So unprofessional.

    I have ordered the new phantom gx elites and have yet to receive an email confirmation or some sort of message to assure that my order went through now I dont know if its a scam or not but for now I will be leaving 2 stars

    I recently Just bought mbappe cleats about 2 weeks ago and I haven't gotten no shipping information or any updates on my order. I only got order received and thats it nothing else and I was wondering about my updates. I am giving them 2 stars because I haven't received a shipping update or tracking number. I remember purchasing a soccer cleat back in 2021 as well and they were on top of everything, I don't know what happened.

    I recently bought a size 11 mbappe cleats and I haven't really gotten any updates on my order ********* and I haven't gotten any shipping updates and I really want this cleat pretty bad man. I hope its shipped or something. I am leaving 3 for now.

    SCAM!!! Ordered 01/25/2023 for next day business delivery and have yet to Receive my item, and they DO NOT respond to calls or emails!!! NEVER GOT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION BUT THEY SURE TOOK MY MONEY!

    I will be entirely honest, they're not as bad as many think, but they are not as good as they used to be. I first ordered from SoccerPro in mid 2021, and promptly received my shipping information and items in a very timely manner. I again chose to shop with them as they had been reliable for every order I would place. However, I noticed as this past fall came (Fall 2022), their customer service and communication has seemingly fallen off a cliff. I can understand an unprecedented amount of orders and high demand due to the World Cup and holidays overlapping... however, they NEED to communicate these issues with customers as this is occurring, not 1 1/2 months after the fact. Additionally, I had received my USMNT home shirt before the World Cup, and it arrived with a blue ink stain on the shoulder, as if it had been written on with a blue pen. I immediately attempted to contact them about it when I received my package, and to this day have not heard from them. Eventually I gave up on it and figured I was stuck with a stained shirt, and there was not enough time to send it back and get a new one before the World Cup began. Most recently, I finally received part of my order from November 22nd, in which I had ordered 3 jerseys. As of now, only 2 of them have arrived as the name set for the ******* jersey is backordered. I have no issue with waiting for an item to arrive, but why hold the rest of my order (which was communicated to them as being Christmas gifts) for almost two months. Thankfully they sent the 2 that were ready to ship, and even included a written note to apologize for the delay and explain why I was only receiving 2 of the 3 in this package. Overall, I would not discourage customers from buying from SoccerPro, just be conscious that communication is difficult with them if something goes wrong. Those who commented that they have yet to receive their order, you are more than likely in the same situation as I am. Only gave 3 stars due to poor communication
