    I bought a youth jersey on 11/28. I have yet to receive any information regarding tracking or shipping. I have sent emails and called multiple times to no avail. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow I will stop payment on my credit card and report them as fraud.

    UPDATE!I live in *********** and happened to have to travel to *********** overnight the weekend so I stopped at their physical locate because I, like so many others, hadnt had them return my emails or calls. When I walked in I scared the poor kid working because I was not happy not hearing from them and fully expecting a fraudulent company. ?? ******* was very politely and apologized for not responding. I requested my tracking info before I left. He sent it to me and right then and I confirmed my jersey would be deliver that night. When I got home Saturday night my jersey was at my door and it looks great. From what I can tell its a drop shipping business run by college kids. It worked out in the end, but if they want people to take this company seriously they have to be way better at communicating. People are ok with being patience with their orders if they were better at sending tracking information and updates. While the product seems good I probably wont order from them again because Im not driving to ******** **. if I need too get my tracking info every time.

    This company is terrible at responding, all I ask is for clear updates on my orders and not once did anyone get back to me. I contacted them through their social medias and emails and not a single response. Im just worried that Im not going to get my money back. I spent $115 on a ****** Griezmann jersey and $20 extra for shipping.

    Not sure how this company is still allowed to operate. I like everyone else on here ordered a jersey, paid for my jersey, and clearly am never actually receiving my jersey.

    So far the customer service has been terrible. It has only been a week but can't get a reply to my emails on when my cleats will ship out. They took my money but haven't shipped it out yet. How does that make sense?

    This
    company is extremely slow with communication. A week had gone by
    without any shipping or tracking information being sent. The item I
    ordered was supposed to arrive on time for Christmas so

    I called and was on the phone for an hour
    with no one picking up. I sent two emails and got no answers. I ended
    up calling my bank and dispute the charges. Then a few days later I
    received an email from them apologizing for the late response and
    stating that my item is delayed and they have not received it yet. So
    they gave me the option to cancel and refunded me my money. I
    don’t know if the only reason they emailed me back is because the bank
    contacted them about the dispute, but either way I got my money back.

    Ordered only 1 Jersey from them in a YEL. Received 2 jerseys, one was the correct size and the other one was an Ex L in mens that I didnt order but was charged for it. I have emailed, left voicemails, and been kept on hold for hours with no luck. TERRIBLE COMPANY

    Hi,I do apologize for the late response and confusion on your order. It seems you have made two orders that were shipped to you and I do apologize if there was a mistake on one order. We emailed you on December 12th, 2022 offering a free return label and a full refund, but we never got another response from you and the return label was never used. Please email us back and we will still accept it for a full refund, if it is not used and in a new sellable condition.

    This company is fraud. They will take your money and never respond to emails, phone calls, nor ship your order. This was for a jersey. They will steal your money.
