How is it guaranteed when I can't drive less than three weeks before my engine light comes on and still on? Johnny Londoff trains his employees to say the opposite too, said that my car was fine, it wouldn't have any problems the first time and the second time. If i knew that I wouldn't spend all the money. I was robbed and my identity stolen. I filed a police report. I told him to not run my credit report. I didn't give Mr. ****** permission to apply for a loan for a SUV. I'm going to prosecute him to the full. I didn't give Mr. ****** permission to get a loan in my name. No Johnny Londoff, his employee messed up my credit, I never came in to get a loan for a car. I made one phone call and as for taking my car to another shop, I brought it to Johnny Londoff not another shop. I didn't want to purchase a $33,000 SUV. I live off $1,000.00. LifeWise isn't a job. I volunteer there. Mr. ****** had it as my income. He made a big mistake but his employees are trained so they can't make a big fat commission. It's a shame how this dealership is nothing but a big scam on senior citizens. I have to call Channel 5 and Channel 4, they agreed to do my story for consumers. I will send the police report when it becomes ready. This will go on until I get satisfaction.not fixing it. Every time I take my car up there they say its something different.Business Response

Thank you for your assistance with our customer, ****** *****. We have explained this to Ms. ***** on more than one occasion. She drives a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic with over 110,000 miles. At that age and with that many miles, her vehicle will have many issues. We repaired her first problem with her radiator. We guarantee our work so if she has issues related to the radiator, we will repair. When she brought her vehicle back to us, the codes that it showed were not at all related to the repair we performed. As for her credit issues, we have no control over that. Ms. ***** wanted to purchase a vehicle. Given her credit situation, we had to try to find a lender that was willing to loan her the funds to purchase. We cannot fix her credit. Her credit scored is a reflection of her purchases and payment history. We appreciated Ms. ***** and thank her for her business. We have explained all of this to her. I am rejecting this response because: I do not appreciate having to come back for the exact same reason. I have not even had the car for a full year. Please try to do better with telling the customer what needs to be done with keeping the car running instead of not saying anything at all.

Thank you for your assistance with our customer, ************************ **************** originally had an aftermarket catalytic converter installed on his vehicle. It was not working properly. We replaced the converter with a GM certified catalytic converter, and we replaced the O2 sensor. The Turbo is now failing. Most likely the Turbo was damaged from the faulty aftermarket converter was installed. Driving on a bad catalytic converter can damage the Turbo. Thank you so much for your assistance with our customer, *************************. ****************** did experience problems with her 2019 Jeep Compass. We are providing ****************** with a loaner vehicle while we repair her Compass. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues there was a delay in our parts order. They have arrived as of today and we are working on making the needed repairs to her vehicle. We hope to have the work completed by the end of the week. I have reached out to ****************** and left her a message regarding her vehicle's progress. I also issued an apology for the lack of communication. Thank you again for your assistance.

06/ 19/ 2023 1000 down
Financed a 2019 Chevrolet Cruz, upon pick up of the car, was not clean nor detailed, check engine light popped on later on leaving the car lot.
I was told to bring the car back up 06/23/2023 for both the service of the engine light and full detail clean of the car. I was told that the car would be finished by end of the day.
The car was not finished, not worked on at all so I had to leave car with the service for days leading me to pay extra money to get back and forth to destinations. I picked the car back up on 06/26/2023 with the repairs supposedly fixed. The car started smoking and smelling like rubber was burning shortly after but kept coming and leaving. Then a few days ago around 07/08/2023 the check engine light & a few other lights came back on with oil also leaking from car.
Today on 07/10/2023, I brought the car up to dealer early around 8:30AM and received horrible service assistance as I was skipped over. A few hours later, I was told that my car had not been worked on and that tech was still figuring out issues meaning my car will again be staying at the dealership.Business Response

May 5 I purchased a vehicle the next week Saturday the light came on took it back too the dealership John Londoff since it was a Mitsubishi I was told I need to take it to the dealer and because of the warranty they would fix whatever the problem was took it to them the told me the problem and also told me that they couldn’t fix it because it was a aftermarket part on there which was the catalyst converter but the problem that came on the diagnostic was actually a 02 sensor but because the sensor was part of that part converter they couldn’t touch it the gentleman told me to take it back and make sure they fix the catalyst converter and the sensor take it back the same day they told me sense the catalyst converter didn’t come up in the code reader they would start with that well fixed I thought got my car back a week or two back to only have the light come back on take it back to them now it’s the converter cause i took my vehicle before I took it back to them well now they have my car paid and making me pay for a rental after ten days cause they paid for it but why should I have to pay for a rental and when my car is in the shop I get a free rental because of the warranty because they not using my warranty cause of the after market part they have to eat it but why should I be responsible for something that I asked to be fixed in the beginning and the part is in back order they say I can drive my car they already paid ten days for me not my fault you’ll sold me a car with a aftermarket market part and my warranty can’t take care of it so I’m out of a car and have a disabled child that has appointments twice a week I can’t afford to pay for a car that has been in the shop since I had it and for a rental that should be freeBusiness Response

Thank you for your assistance with our customer, ******** *******. Ms. ******* purchased a pre-owned Mitsubishi from us. Unfortunately, Mitsubishi is experiencing a parts shortage. We have diagnosed the issues with Ms. ******* vehicle and determined that her car is safe to drive. The parts for her Mitsubishi have been ordered. Delivery of those parts is unknown at this time. We did not charge Ms. ******* anything for the rental vehicle she drove while her vehicle was being diagnosed. We feel we have gone above and beyond for Ms. *******. Ms. ******* has been verbally abusive to everyone she has dealt with here at Johnny Londoff Chevrolet. We have tolerated her abusive and offensive behavior because we realize she is frustrated. We will continue to communicate with her and hope to have all of her vehicle issues resolved soon. Thank you again.
