    i had a very smooth and very quick transaction. bought my first iphone and it is everything the seller promised. i'll be in the market for a second phone shortly and will check swappa first.

    This was our 2nd time to purchase from Swappa. The phones have worked fine and were less expensive than from other sites. I'm not tech savvy - I just purchased 2 new phones exactly the same. One actually had a sim card in it and the other didn't? It seemed something was not exactly as represented?? The phones work great - they did not come with a charging cord?

    Do not get me wrong, Swappa is a good platform BUT they allow recell io to sell stolen phones on their platform! Do a simple search of recell io and you can see the clearly fake reviews talking about how amazing they are, and then the legitimate people like myself who got scammed out of phones we sold them. Swappa allows them to sell on their platform and therefore profits from stealing from everyday people. The only reason I even trusted recell was because of their presence on Swappa. Never again.

    Generally a great place to buy tech but Swappa USED to be almost perfect. They have made changes that actually made it more difficult to use. When asking a question to a seller answers used to be visible on sellers page comment section, now it requires a tap on a link just to see if seller has responded. Also a hassle with big resellers posting several spam listings for ridiculously high prices (example a 150 iPhone 8 for ****). Have sent several email to Swappa staff suggesting to give users the option to see listings from private sellers only, reseller stores or all ( similar to *********** a real pain to get 200 notifications if looking for a particular device. Sadly find myself using Swappa much less than before.

    Excellent experience. Experienced a brief problem with the *** card (not the seller or Swappa's fault) and both the seller and Swappa were so quick to help!! I'd highly recommend. The value was great.I cannot vouch for other sellers on the website other than ***************, who was great to work with.
