    Allows scammers on their platform. Tells you to sort it out with paypal when you get scammed.

    I've bought and sold on Swappa 10 + times. Each time, the person I am buying from or selling to has been up front and honest. The listing process is very simple. I enjoy the fact I am able to see the item and can verify it's actual existence. The Swappa staff is VERY quick to respond to inquiries. 15 minutes was my last turn around time for a response. I will be buying and selling tech on Swappa moving forward when needed. Great site. I appreciate the fact it exists.

    Excellent and smooth buying experience each time I've used it. I've never had a bad seller, which I think is at least partly due to the community and the fairly stringent requirements Swappa places on the sellers. All in all I keep coming back!

    Excellent buying experience, but like **** or ********** you have to take a chance on the seller. Swappa does what it can, but there is some risk to it.

    Seller was very responsive and provided exactly what was advertised. ****** wanted to use signature upon receipt but I did not want, so the seller with some risk agreed - no signature. In fact the iPhone 11 was delivered into a secure mailbox - so all is good!

    I was sold a stollen iPhone through this company and within 4 months it was blacklisted. Meaning it was reported stollen and can no longer be connected to any carrier. Swappa is taking no responsibility and allowing for stollen goods to be sold on their site.
