5 starsI want to compliment & thank all the personnel from the person answering the phone initially to get our appointment set up; ****** who called to confirm the appointment with me the next day; ***** who let me know the technician would be arriving in @30 minutes; to ***** who diagnosed the problem with the ** unit & repaired it. 5 starsWe recently had a 32 year old A/C that bit the dust. We purchased a replacement unit And AB May installed it today.. They were timely ,personable, efficient, and cleaned up well. It is working very well this evening. It was a great personal experience, as they explained what they needed to do and answered our question and we answered theirs. 1 starSHOP AROUND IF IT ISNT AN EMERGENCY!!!Your employee was A+. This has nothing to do with the service , very professional. But after researching your prices after the fact I'm disgusted. That isn't on the employee, he doesn't set the prices...it is you as a company. The disposal can be bought at Lowes for $399 you charged $1,186 installed took less than a hr,The pressure value is $95 you charged $885. Took less than a hr.,And this is with a supposed member savings of $662. or it would have been about $3000. That cost me $90. SCAM!!!!! Plus a $75 service fee. I'm embarrassed I got scammed.$2236.00 with about 2 hrs labor and $400 worth a parts that can be bought at Lowes.What a rip off!!! I'm kicking myself for not looking around this . Will never use them again. Total rip off! They used to be honest. MY fault !!Review fromJon H

Came quickly, did a good job and explained options. Think they are pretty high, but I'm guessing all of the companies are. I have used A B May 4 times now in the past 2 years for plumbing, electrical twice now and for a new furnace and air conditioner. They seem to be reliable, easy to work with and come quickly when necessary.
