    Long time AB May customer, I have never been one to write a review, even though I have always been satisfied with the work they have provided. However, the plumber, J T W****, really made me want to write a review. Mr. W**** was so professional and informative, but he made the experience of needing a new water heater educational and “enjoyable”. His personality is pleasing, and his workmanship is TOP NOTCH! My husband and I both agree, Mr. W**** is a true asset to AB May, not only an excellent plumber, but also a wonderful person with a great personality! Thanks AB May and J T W****, for making the experience a good one, the incredible job of Mr. W**** in addition to the pleasure of meeting him.????

    Connor and Kurt came to our home to seal the duct work and finish off a three-week process of installing a new HVAC unit in our house. They were consistent with all of the A.B. May associates who came through our doors during the process. Connor and Kurt were knowledgeable and professional telling us every step that was going to take place, the approximate amount of time it would take and then returned our home into the same condition it was before they arrived.
    From the moment we met with Steve of their sales team all the way through replacing our outdated equipment thru the end of the process today, we could not be happier that we chose A.B. May. Thanks to all for a very good experience.

    Was a gold maintenance customer for a number of years. They recommended a new hesting & cooling system so we got a number of bids for replacement. Their bid was higher than two other bids and was for an off brand. When U called to cancel the contract I was told it would take 30 days to finalize the cancelation. No service was going to be provided during that time but they would collect an additional monthly payment. When I asked why I was told it was company policy. Seemed like gouging to me.

    RE: NICK C*********, WATER HEATER INSTALLATION---5 STAR SERVICE *****
    Today, Monday 10/29/23, Nick removed the old water heater and installed the new one along with the 2.5 gallon expansion tank. He did a great job and was very efficient. He also was very pleasant, personable and polite which I really appreciated He showed me the shut off value and answered all the questions I posed.
    He also checked all the faucets since I hadn't had hot water since Friday at 3:30 when the other technician from AB May left.
    Nick was the best technician I have had and advised they would check the unit yearly for me.

    Joseph & the follow-up team did a great job! Leaking shower drain & bathroom faucet were diagnosed, explained, & repaired. Defective water softener & water pressure problems were clarified in terms we could understand. The replacement of the first softener that Joseph installed (warrant per manufacturer) was efficiently completed. Thanks for everything!

    A.B. May has always done a great job for me, over 20+ years. I'm so happy with the work and the advice from Urian (Ryan) today. Fixed my toilet, flushed my hot water heater after explaining to me how critical it was. He did a great job and I am grateful to get these things done.

    Gate went above and beyond to provide me with stellar service for a very unusual electrical problem. It was obvious to me that he really cares for the customer and is extremely conscientious. He stuck with it until the problem was solved. I was beyond impressed and would recommend him to anyone.
