  Worst company! Don't sign up. First it took me min 20 min to get hold of live agent, I had say, that my food was delivered to a wrong address, in order to be connected. Then they couldn't cancel my order. It was Saturday, 1 min ago i signed up and you cant cancel it ???? Like seriously?And if you want to cancel your future orders, you have to contact them again, which impossible. There is no cancelation button or anything. Ridiculous. Never again . What a scam. The food doesn't even look that good on the pictures.

  terrible service. so hard to cancel, food is salty, mushy, small in portion. Why even bother use the word "flex" or "pro". also, the company is trying to shove this and that in so people spend money for "not reading carefully." If you find your food terrible and wish to cancel, it would take considerable amount of time and effort, not to mention that cancellation is virtually impossible for some time. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR CALL TO CANCEL. even if they cancel your account, you will be charged for the remainder of the 4 weeks, because they will send the food anyways, saying that you agreed. Ok, take my money, but you will lose customers forever. Good luck.
