No way to cancel the subscription - it's a fraud! No way to change anything in the account, or contact anybody (not through forms on website, or text messages - phone is answered by robot with pre-determined answers) Already contacted bank and authorities to help me handle that. Never expected that from a simple food subscription business - I guess scamming is everywhere...Flexpro Meals

Food is okay at best. Trying to cancel this fraudulent subscription is not for the feint of heart. You will never talk to a human. Do yourself a favor and pass on this service at all costs! I am reporting them Yelp, Trustpilot, and others for their deceptive marketing.Flexpro Meals

I initially purchased 7 meals in order to try them out. I just received a second order yesterday. I have tried since yesterday to cancel any further orders but have unable to speak to a representative. I did not sign up for a subscription. I need help cancelling further orders. All of the negative reviews are 100% true. They trick you into subscribing. Then automatically bill you again and make it impossible to cancel or get a refund. I have to go through my credit card company to get the charge reversed. The food is also very mediocre, salty, mushy, terrible presentation, portions are too small (too calorically dense for health food). Buyer beware!
