Janer was my customer service person, very friendly. Wouldd give 5 stars based on his service, but unfortunately I had to have a series of emails in order to cancel the service instead of a click of a button, and the food wasn't very tasty but that all could be based on my pickienessFlexpro Meals

I contacted the company by text because my second shipment was received a day later than expected, due to no fault of their own (UPS delayed). The temperature of the meals were at a temperature of 40 plus degrees for an unknown period of time. I did not feel safe consuming them. The customer service rep, Luz, handled my concern quickly and to my satisfaction in our first exchange. Although the failed delivery was an inconvenience, the company made it right.
