      I have been a member since 2023 and I appreciate the team always being willing to help me, recently Brian was able to take care of an IT issue I was having with the site. I would strongly recommend a more user friendly app to become available for flexpro in the future however, so that I can have more control over skipping/meal choices/preparing for the billing dates etc.

      Hope did me a great favor. Let me explain.
      Because of the recent snowfall in the South, my first order was delayed, so I contacted them and they sent a SECOND box at no charge. Then I received both boxes back to back sno then when my next order was charged, I contacted them to postpone delivery since now I had a ton of food.
      Not only did they postpone the delivery, they refunded the charge!

      Other than having no access to change my own meal plan or subscription, Luz, the customer rep was great in fixing my issue. There should be more ways to make changes on the site.

      So far, super! I have read some issues with communication. Just the opposite for us. We had a few small hiccups, and the communication was great! (text and emails). I know we are still early in the relationship (honeymoon) lol - but they have so far been rock stars.
      Able to adjust my meals based on only lunches and Monday through Fridays.
