    SafeHaven, as a dealer of ADT, left me quite disappointed with their services. At first, they were persistent in trying to sell me their security service, calling me every day to pitch their offerings. While some persistence is expected in sales, it became overwhelming and intrusive. After finally giving in and signing up for their service, I encountered a problem that required a technician's assistance. This is where my experience took a turn for the worse. When I tried to contact SafeHaven to set up an appointment for a technician to address the issue, they suddenly became incredibly difficult to reach. I found it incredibly frustrating that the same company that had been so persistent in selling their service was now practically unreachable when I needed their help. Repeated attempts to contact them went unanswered, and I was left waiting for extended periods of time on hold, only to eventually give up in frustration. This lack of customer support and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with security-related matters. It made me question the reliability of the service they were providing. In summary, while SafeHaven may be affiliated with ADT, my experience with them was marked by persistent sales calls followed by a complete lack of customer support when I needed it most. I would caution others to think twice before considering their services, as this level of service and communication leaves much to be desired.

    I excepted a contract with Safe Haven Security authorized dealer of ADT here in Federal Way WA, to have them install and monitor my system. A representative by the name of Mike bka Mitije came to my home the next day to install my system. Was here for at least 5 hours which was unusual for just adding some stick up monitors on the windows and walls but come to find out Mike from Romania had actually stolen about $20,000 worth of jewelry. I contacted the Mgr. Jaron Engstrom who was totally uninterested in what I had to say. At least a week or so later after several phone calls to customer service, I finally got someone in billing who actally cared and help send a message to the District Mgr who called me a couple days after that. The mgr. ask what makes me think he took it, Well lets see he was the only 1 in my house besides my 80year old sister and 70 year old husband. Then he states they would be doing an internal investigation, which probably consists of just asking the thief if he stole the jewelry, which he will say no. Now it is impossible for me to get a hold of them to have them remove their equipment from my home. I was just trying to keep my things and family safe, but they sent the thief to my home. Wretched bastards!!! BEAWARE OF SAFE HAVEN SECURITY AT LEAST HERE IN WASHINGTON STATE, I would not recommend them or ADT. Ring seems to be the way to go.

    Representatives from safe haven security showed up at my house, rang my doorbell several times, and knocked rather loudly. When I got to the door, I requested that they tell me quickly who they are, as I was on a work call. They insisted that they had an appointment with me, which was not true. I did not like their behavior. It seemed aggressive. I regret that I didn’t call the police.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. Alex in Fort Collins CO was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the moment he walked in our door. I did not want to purchase a security system with our new home but Safe Haven and Alex gave me the impression that the $50 a month security system was mandatory. He also repeatedly tried to sell me upgrades after I firmly told him I was not interested. The whole time he was acting like I was stupid, and even had the audacity to ask me “If you don’t get a security system, what will you do when someone breaks in and kills your wife?” That was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and felt threatening. Aside from the poor sales reps, this company is using shady practices in order to con customers for the most money they can. My credit card was charged on 11/1, and we only had until 2 pm EST on 11/2 to cancel the contract or owe 70% of the total cost. This was not made known to me when I was rushed into signing the contract. Additionally, we were unable to cancel online so we had to call Safe Haven, who would not answer our calls. We had to call ADT to get them to cancel our contract. ADT called us back and said that Safe Haven answered them right away. After spending 4 hours at our house, Alex said he needed to come back at a later date and left us without a working smart home system. I want to caution anyone against using Safe Haven. This is a terrible company and I hope they are not in business much longer.

    I had my alarm installed for my small business. Over the last 3 months, I have over 20 documented calls. Each time I have called, I have asked to speak with a manager and have been told it is not possible. Each call queue takes over 30 min to actually reach customer service. I even had a customer service rep (Bae?? is her cited name), leave me on hold for an additional 25 min only to tell me that I still could not speak to a manager. I feel pretty mistreated right about now. All I want is to protect my business. My alarm does not function properly and when my door is breached, the alarm does not trigger. I own a small business and have million in equipment. This fact alone violates my business insurance policy where I have promised I have cameras and functioning alarm. Each time I call, I cannot speak to a manager. My alarm is still under warranty. The company has come out 4 different times (since purchasing 3 months ago) but is refusing to replace the damaged equipment, despite the warranty policy. Reaching out to customer service would require valid and competent customer response. The company clearly does not value its customers without competent leadership in place. This is who I entrusted for the security of my business. What a joke!!!

    I had good faith as a prior ADT customer that the equipment and subscription were good quality and had great trust that this experience would be the same. This has not been the case this time around. ADT now has 3rd party dealers and Safe Haven is one of them in Michigan. On the day of installation (October 3, 2023), the tech informed me that they had to take a picture of all of the equipment that I had signed up for and any additional equipment they felt the house needed. I declined the extra equipment except for the keypad lock. The tech spent over an hour attempting to finish installation when his manager deemed the keypad lock "defective" and said that they had to order a new one and would be out to install Friday. Clearly taking me out of my 3 day grace period to cancel. The tech also had to wait for someone else to drop off cameras to them as they did not have those either. I was told by the tech that even though I did not have all of the equipment I still had to sign. October 4, 2023 at around 12:00am the smoke detector failed and the panel would not stop going off. I called ADT for help who then said they could not help me and transferred me to Safe Haven where I was met with a voicemail. I did not receive a call back until 3 days later. The keypad lock was not available on the day of rescheduling and I was not informed until the day of (missing another day of work). I had to reschedule another day for the second smoke detector and was able to get a Saturday appointment. The second smoke detector went off and I was met with more of the same, no cancellation, get another tech to come out and look at it. DO NOT RECOMMEND SAFE HAVEN OR ADT. SCAM and horrible customer service. I do not feel any safer with this security system, I have severe anxiety about house fires and a defective smoke detector believe Safe Haven is causing a liability as they are installing defective smoke detectors and refusing to allow people to cancel (I am not even asking for a refund).

    Don't buy into it. They caught us on thr first day wr moved into our house. We fell for the 6 month satisfaction guarantee. It's not true. We called to cancel due to the fire alarm going off every time we take a shower and the camera system not working correctly. We were refused when asked to speak with a supervisor and hung up on. Safe haven claims to be the account owner for 13 months so if you try to call ADT to cancel they send you right back to them. The whole thing is a scam. I wish I would have known. On top of that now that we are out of our 90 days to even get a technician out is going to be an extra cost. Don't do it!

    I have not had an issue with ADT or the installed equipment. My issue was with the Safe Haven salesman that came to my door and offered the following after moving into my new house: 1) The smoke detectors can differentiate between shower steam and fire smoke. (This was a blatant lie.) 2) There was a $20/month discount for veterans. (This was a lie.) 3) There was a $20/month discount for customers that remain on for 1+ years. (This was a lie.) Since I have now been using the system for over a year (with 2 false smoke alarms and fire truck visits), all Safe Haven does is transfer me over to ADT and doesn't take accountability for the promises their representative made. If you want a security system, just go directly to the source. Don't deal with Safe Haven.

    To whom it may concern I had service installed at my new home on 6 October 2023, just wanted to say a few things about your company so far I’m very disappointed, I feel that safe havens sales/advertising is very deceptive, what I understood over the phone with the salesperson was I would get a system for my home with a 49.99 a month monitoring service , I understand or I guess your technicians do work on some commission also. Saying that to say this with an addition of another camera at my back door all in all I would’ve needed to pay your company 500 dollars and some odd change, this I guess wouldn’t be covered with the 500 dollar voucher DR Horton my builder gave me for new home owners. All in all again I feel your company to me sales/advertising was deceptive, if I’d knew this I’d never did business with safe haven and I’d never recommend safe haven to anyone, also the day of the installation the technician was late, and spent over an hour on the phone with his supervisor the day of installation at my home, also after installing my security system my garage door opener was left inoperable.
