  After my last order was received I was blown away at the fastidious packaging of the order. Every plant was protected and healthy. And the crazy thing, the prices are very competitive.Every plant was healthy. They've earned a lifetime customer. Just placed my second order. Be aware, they sometime delay an order. But it's worth it when you see how much extra time they take to package every plant.

  We've had success so far with all of our plants except with a set of grapes. They never came up. We requested another. They all three never came up either. Contacted them again, and they don't send barefooted plants anymore so we are out the 50 or 60 bucks we paid on those. Disappointed.

  Dear Stark Bro's,My order of walnut treelings, lemon trees, and olive tree came incredibly fast and in great condition. In the box I noticed a tiny blueberry plant that I had been trying to get but was always out of reach. Thanks so much!   This was my first purchase from Stark Bro's. I have heard of them for years, but was on the look out for an apple and cherry tree and decided to take the plunge.I wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the two trees I ordered. They are thriving; the Montmorency cherry tree and the Arkansas Black apple tree couldn't be healthier or happier. And the customer service is really second to none.I wish trees and other plants I purchased from other nurseries were as healthy, and the service so exemplary. This will not be my last purchase from Stark Bro's Nursery.I wish trees i purchased from other nurseries were as healthy.

  I have purchased from Stark Brothers for many years. My experience has been great from day one. I recently had to ask for a replacement for a couple of bare root grapevines that did not live. I contacted Stark Brothers and filled out the required information. They went above and beyond my expectations. They did not send bare root plants to replace them with, they sent me two grapevines, potted, full of green leaves, and they had clusters of grapes on them! I was amazed, and so thankful for this level of customer service, you don't get that much these days. I am a fan, and a loyal customer, very please with them. We are now stocking a small orchard, and every single tree will come from Starks. I find they also have the very best in "How To" information, on anything I buy. They have videos, articles on every aspect, from site selection to pollinators. They are invested in my success.

  I received my order and everything looks wonderful. This is the best shipment of plants I have ever received from anywhere! I was worried that since I was ordering clearance plants, almost out of season that they would not be in very good shape. I was wrong, they were in very good shape and had no signs of stress at all. The bare root Asparagus starts were huge and started sprouting as soon as I put them in water. The Blueberry plants were very healthy and packed very well. The Blackberry plants were perfect. I ordered the - Stark Black Gem Blackberry and can't wait to see how they perform.

However, you do not need an account to check the status of an order or to track an order. Our "help" option at the top of our website has an order inquiry option that does not request a login. You'll need the order number and your zip code.   Great Nursery. Their way of dealing with customers are really commendable . This Company was recommended to me by my Friend who always buy fruit trees , fertilizers and Planting materials from Stark Bro's. I purchased Persimmon trees from this Nursery in 2015. It was a double Play Persimmon tree collection one Ichi Ki ********* and one ***** Asian Persimmon for only $54.99 Great price for 2 fruit trees.. I received them earlier than expected. The ***** Persimmon bloom and bear fruits after 2 years but the Ichi Ki ******** unfortunately Did not , Years later The ichi ki kei bloomed but had premature fruit dropped nothing was left. I reached out to them. ******* , One of the support team responded promptly She was so kind and so understanding to answer my issues . Without further question, The Team replaced The *********** that I bought from them.Before this issue , I already bought some fruit trees and some nursery items from them which were all satisfactory. I will recommend this nursery to my friends. Stark Bro's company is really amazing.

  Just received my order and was shocked. For $43.00 I got 2 roses smaller than the minature roses I bought in the grocery store for $3.99! I contacted them via website and am requesting to return them. We will see how that goes!

  Hi *****, We are truly sorry that you were not satisfied with the roses that you purchased. Your success and satisfaction is very important to us and that is why we immediately issued a full refund when you contacted ** on social media. Our 4" potted plants are young when shipped but this is so that the root growth is comparable to the top growth to reduce transplant shock. Once transplanted, those small roses will quickly take off and become big and beautiful in time. We hope that you still planted them and that they are doing well for you.
