      I just had a great **************** experience with **********************. I placed my very first order with them in May and unfortunately some of my trees and berries did not do well even though many of the others are still doing great. I contacted them in regards to their 1 year survival guarantee. You never know how good the warranty really is until you have to use it. It was great to see that they stand up to their word. They had me do certain processes to verify they were in fact dead and submit my photos. Within minutes of submitting my claim and photos I was notified with an apology that they had not made it and what my options were. They gave me three different choices, all very good options and valid. Once I made my choice they immediately got back to me and the process was in place. It is so hard these days to find valuable customer service and I experienced it today with Stark Bro's. They came highly recommended and I will be doing future business with them with no hesitation at all.

      Impressive customer service!I had an issue with my credit card and they got back to me right away after I contacted them. We got it figured out and they sent me my products immediately after the payment went through.And they honor their one-year warranty no matter what. Two of my plants died from my negligence and they are replacing them both right away! :-D I'm a customer for life!

      I ordered a Reliance Peach Tree from Stark Bros. Trees...I live in *********************, so it was kind of iffy if it'd survive our winter..It more than survived!..This is the first season after planting it. It bloomed & gave me 45 PEACHES!!...Absolutely outstanding tree!!...The Peaches were just a tad smaller than the store size..The fruit was sweet & juicy..I would highly recommend this ************** to buy from..They more than delivered!!

      I had ordered 50 strawberry plants from this company. None of them grew. I notified the company. The company asked for pictures. I sent pictures. On July 23, 2024 I received an email stating " the item is not available for reshipment, so we can issue a one-time credit to your account or issue a refund. I requested the refund. To date I have received no refund, no communication as to the status of my refund. I have asked several times, no replies. I told them I wanted an answer today by 4PM or I would file a complaint with the BBB. They have again failed to reply. Thios is very poor customer service and should be noted.Thank You for your assitance.************************* ******************************************************************************

Our records show that on July 23, 2024, our agent sent an email informing you that we no longer had the items in stock as we ceased offering bare roots in June. In that email, we offered to either issue a credit to your account or provide a refund. However, we did not receive a response from you indicating your preference, which is why the issue remained unresolved and no further correspondence was sent.Per your request in this communication, I have now processed the refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.       I ordered half a dozen trees from Stark ***** and one of them was dead on arrival. After a couple of months (to verify that it really was dead), I attempted to claim my 1 Year Survival Guarantee, but was not granted a replacement tree...or a similar product as a replacement... or, the purchase amount of a new tree, so that I could replace the tree myself. After multiple conversations with Stark **** employees, I was still only sent a check for half the value of one tree! Terrible value for the amount of money that I spent, and terrible customer service!

Unfortunately, the refund was rejected by the credit card issuer, so we processed a refund check instead.The check was issued in the amount of $45.08, which includes the price of your tree ($34.99), the shipping fee ($7.99), and the tax ($2.10). This amount reflects the full value of your purchase.We understand that this situation has been frustrating, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience.       I am so impressed with Stark Brother's Nursery!!I ordered 4 trees. 2 ******** Pear Supreme Trees and 2 Avacado Trees.After planting I noticed 3 were doing great and sprouting their new leaves execpt for one ******** Pear that wasn't. I figured I give it some time but still nothing after weeks while all the rest were flourishing.I contacted Strak Bro's online and their **************** was quick to respond and even more quickly provided me a refund as there were not more ******** Pear Supreme trees to send.I was very pleased!! This is a breath of fresh air company that stands by their products! They also care for their customers without any hassels.That said, I am always going to shop with them.Thank you Stark Brothers. You are a AWESOME Company!!!!

      We had a delivery from Stark brothers that I unpackaged on a Wednesday evening , overnight our puppy destroyed it before I could get it planted. I mentioned this in an email referring to some plants that did not survive and the graciously replaced that one as well even though it was no fault of theirs. I wrote the following to them. You have our heartfelt thanks for the replacement policy and we will certainly order from you again and tell all of our friends. Thanks again for the quick response.****
