      As a first time retail customer I was very pleased with the website that really helped me understand which plants would best meet my needs. When the plants arrived they were packaged perfectly and were really healthy.A real pleasure to work with this company. I can't wait to make my next purchase.

      I have been buying our fruit trees from Stark Brothers for years and grow them in pots on the roof of our townhouse in ***, while cultivating them into espaliers. Their trees are healthy and produce fruit the size of my size 6 hand! And they are delicious. I recently ordered four more. There was an issue with the condition of one. But when I contacted them about it, it was quickly replaced after providing photos. Their customer service staff is very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to order again and highly recommend them to anyone!!

      I received the wrong variety of apple tree and sent an email to their customer service. I received a response the next business day telling me they would ship a replacement and I also received an acknowledgement the tree would ship this week. In this age of poor or no customer service it was refreshing to be treated so well. I will definitely be a repeat customer of ********************** brothers.

      I have order over 30 trees over the years from stark bros and they have always had great quality product.Occasionally Ive had some damage in shipping or a tree that doesnt seam to make it, but stark brothers have always held up the guaranteed guides lines and there very helpful customer service has always helped me become whole.Thank you for your product and great customer service!

      Every shrub and tree ordered has arrived in beautiful condition and my honeycrisp tree even produced three apples the first year. This is in response to questions answered by Stark Brothers experts.Thank you for the detailed response. I am considering which additional trees would be compatible for my zone as well as when to harvest apples. I thought that the chill time indicated a need to wait to harvest. I am wondering when to pick my honeycrisp apples. Do they require a frost before picking.I am overjoyed with everything I have purchased so far and plan to make Stark Brothers my go-to. Your information on a blog was also helpful. I understand different root bases are used and am confident that Stark Brothers will determine what is best for my future trees as I am interested inner trees and they can be tricky.I immensely appreciate your speedy reply.

      I received the two trees you sent yesterday. They are already planted in the ground. We had a nice rain just after they were planted.Plants look happy this AM.Thankyou for standing by your product. That says a lot about your company. I highly recommend ***********************************

      Though I have not yet received my first order, this company came highly recommended by family and friends. When I called with questions about my first order as well as advice regarding my second, their representative - ****** - took the time to share her knowledge with me. She seemed very knowledgeable as well as personable, putting me at ease during our conversation about my first attempt at starting a small orchard.

      I bought some black gem black ***** plants from stark bros nursery and orchard company.This is the first time buying from them.I was quite impressed! All the blackberry black gem variety that is a thornless variety arrived in excellent healthy and very much alive shape! They were packaged very well! I also like the fact they have a one year guarantee on there plants! I highly recommend this company!

      First time ordering from Stark. Received peach tree in good condition, planted, and it flourished. All of a sudden two months later it did not look good. I contacted Stark, they offered a credit or refund. Stark Bro's is easy to deal with, very very helpful. They gave me a full refund, no questions asked (of course I sent a pic of the tree). They were so great I will re-order again in the spring. It was a pleasure doing business with Stark! Extremely impressive customer service and communication!
