I returned the products I purchased from the company as per their instructions and was told that I would receive a full refund as per their published policy. The products were received by the company and they said it would take a few days before I would receive the refund to my bank account (debit card) . The funds were not received and after approximately three weeks I contacted the company and they said they had made the refund. I sent them a letter directly from the bank and signed by a bank employee clearly stating that no such payment had ever been received from this company. The bank provided contact information for the company to help them resolve the issue but the company was not willing to talk to the bank directly or otherwise. The company obviously never made the refund that was due to me and did not intend to make the refund as promised by them. The deceptive and possibly fraudulent business practices of this company need to be addressed and made public. I suspect that they are a foreign entity and question whether they even have a presence at the location they claim to operate from. ( see the business address in ************************************************************************************************************ I would appreciate any help you could provide to encourage the company to do the right thing and comply with their stated policies. Left to the current status obviously constitutes fraudulent conduct , particularly when all that’s required to validate my claim is to contact the person at the bank who has offered assistance to the company. Their lack of enthusiasm towards verification of their claim of having made the refund already speaks volumes about what they know is the truth. Regards **** * ********* P.S. Customer called in 11/22 at 11:08am to request a refund due to the customer not able to get cameras to work. 11/22 at 11:14am customer was refunded. Note customer was refunded two separate transactions of $97.50 which I have attached both Transaction receipts. Total refunded $195

I am rejecting this response because:
Nothing could possibly be any clearer than the statement directly from the bank to which the charge was made to the company that made the charge on my debit card from this bank. No refund was ever made and has not been made as of today. Despite the dubious claims made by this company the indisputable fact is that they have not made any refunds in any amount at any time to me. Banks don’t lie ! And despite the banks offer to assist the company in resolving this matter and additionally providing contact information this company has refused to make any contact with the bank. There’s only one reason why they have refused to take the simple step to contact the bank directly and that is because they know that they will be exposed to the truth. They have never refunded the money they promised they would. Period!!

Ordered product from this company. Canceled the order and it was never received. I called several times regarding the refund and was disconnected no fewer than five times. I was told they refunded my ****** account, I do not have a ****** account. During a later call I was told they refunded my debit card which they had not. I was told I would need to contact my bank because it was their fault I had not received the refund. We have contacted the bank and there is no refund pending.Business Response

I ordered 3 camera lights. It was taking so long to get them, I cancelled my order and was supposed to get a refund. Instead I received them. I thought there was going to be a light on the cameras that would be on at night. There isn't and we couldn't figure out how to operate them. You are supposed to pair the cameras with blue tooth. We couldn't get them to pair. So they were useless to us! I shipped them back. I sent you my tracking # and when I shipped them back, I paid for Signature Confirm. Someone there signed for the cameras but now when I check tracking the package is being sent all over *****************! AND NO REFUND!!! Oh and they aren't water proof! What kind of an outdoor camera isn't water proof!! I just called them and was given 2 other phone numbers to call to check on the status and never was able to talk to anyone!!Business Response

I ordered 3 Light Bulb Camera's from Dotcom Products on 11-18-23. I am really careful when I order things online. I went into this web site about 4 different ways looking for these Light Bulbs. I looked in ****** to see if this was legit Website and it said it was. So I went ahead and ordered the Lightbulb Camera's. Big mistake. The next morning after I had made this purchase I get a call really early in the morning from ************ I did not answer it because I did not know who it was. I looked the Number up and then all this information comes up on Dotcom Products. First thing was the BBB and I got in and read the complaint's. I knew this was bad so I hurried and sent them an email wanting to cancel my order. I got into my Account that I payed with and they had set up an auto payment so I hurried and blocked that and called my Bank and they flagged it. On the same day I told them to cancel my order they responded 2 times. We will take 25 % off and you still keep the item, I said no. They sent another email take 40% off and keep the item, I said no. 5 minutes later I received 2 emails thanking me for my purchases. One was from Buywise it did not have an amount. The other one was from Liuxpay for $1,060.00. I did not do anything with these emails. They have Documents at the bottom you are supposed to click on to cancel. I looked into my Account and they have not gone thru.This Company should be shut down. I have read a lot of complaints about them online. I wish those comments would have come up when I was first looking at this Company. They did not come up until I put that Phone Number in.I also want to be removed from their spam email list. They just started but I think it is going to get worse. I have all of the emails if you need a copy of them. Let me know if you need anymore information.Thank YouBusiness Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Yes they payed me back but they did not respond to any of the issue that I brought up. About the 2 other charges, Autopay, and the 11 emails I received until Dec 1st when I canceled my order on Nov 18th. I think they need to respond to those comments.

This company will not stop sending me email, I receive several every day on both of my email accounts. I unsubsribe and I report it as spam but they do not stop. Do I need to file a separate complaint for my other email address. I ordered a product from Dot Com. It was not clear during the order I was also signing up for a monthly subscription to a membership. I was charged for the membership, but they havent been able to locate my information to even access the rewards. Their customer service forwarded me to technical support, who forwarded me back, and then I only got another email telling me to log in when I dont have an account. Its impossible to get someone who can help or cancel my subscription with multiple attempts.Business Response

He ordered the product on October 14th and that's when the subscription started. Nov 14, 2023 I went on an email offer, the website was deceptive and doubled my order and never did a recap before charging my card. I have been emailing and trying to reach the company by phone but no one answers even though they show that these are open hours to call.
