    Dotcom keeps sending keeps sending me junk emails daily. 7 or 8 a day. Have tried getting off their mailing list with no success. I dont even know how I got on their list to begin with.

    I received a marketing email from them in which my own email address was listed as the source email. So they have hacked my email to send me an advertisement. They have committed identity theft. I would like for them to NEVER use my email address again as sender or recipient.

    I am rejecting this response because: I very much appreciate being taken off the list. It does not change that fact that the issue at hand is that the company was engaging in identity theft. Hopefully, they will stop their illegal activities so others will not have their email addresses stolen as well.

    Dear BBB,

    I was able to contact this company today and requested to be removed from their email listing. Let's see if this request will be honored. I spoke directly to an agent with this request to be removed from their from their listing. I did not have an account with them and don't know how they acquired my email address. I received, on a daily basis, numerous emails from different companies and chose to unsubscribe all. I would like to end these unsolicited emails from dotcom listing.

    I was able to contact Dot Com and asked to be removed from their emailing list. I don't know how long this process will take if they comply. There seem to be numerous complaints regarding this company.

    I have ordered a securitycamera that can be installed in a light fixture. I saw the ad on Facebook.After I placed the order my husband told me that I the item I ordered from dotcomproducts would not work in our fixture. I cancelled the order approximately 1 hour after I placed it on 10-24-2023.I received an order confirmation in my email and was told I would receive tracking info once the item was shipped.I again emailed dotcomproducts and asked that the order be cancelled. After receiving 2 emails from dotcomproducts offering me discounts and extra products if I would reinstall order I again respectfully declined and asked for refund. On October 25th I saw that a charge for $62.70 pending on my credit card. Also on this day I received email from dotcomproducts informing that refund has been issued.On October 26th I saw that the $62.70 was no longer pending but was an actual charge.I have been emailing with dotcomproducts several times but have still not received refund.Order #FFDADE332F Refund I'd **********

    Dot Com Products sends me several emails per day. I unsubscribe to all of these nuisance emails. they will not stop sending. They clog up my computer with this nonsense.

    Over the last month, I've received unsolicited e-mails from dotcom. For a while when you unsubscribed, the link would not work. However this has been corrected. I've unsubscribed from around 20 of their e-mails successfully but I still get these unwanted e-mails. This company seems to represent ******* and other reputable companies. I would like them to unsubscribe me from all of their e-mails regardless of the companies they represent. I never subscribed to any of their e-mails.Thank You,****

    Thank you for your help on this.  I have not heard from the company and I continue to receive at least 1 e-mail a day even though I've unsubscribed at least 20 times.

    Hi!

    I continue to receive unsolicited e-mails from dot.com.  The issue is that these come from multiple e-mail addresses.  Here are just several of them from 11/25 to the present.  They continue to ignore my unsubscribe's.

    We want to clarify that Dot Com Products does not send out any unsolicited promotional emails. It appears that the emails you have been receiving are unrelated to our company and may be originating from a different source that is improperly using our contact information. We take your privacy and compliance with laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act very seriously.
    We understand the frustration that comes with receiving unwanted emails and the invalid unsubscribe link

    ****** B with the BBB has also been made aware of this issue and during their investigation agreed with Dot Com Product that we did not send out these emails and are unrelated to our company.

    As others have stated I am inundated with spam emails and multiple requests to unsubscribe have been unsuccessful. It is bordering on harassment.

    This business keeps sending spam email even after EVERY single spam email received I have gone through and followed the unsubscribe link and filled out the request. The spam emails all take you to the same unsubscribe page but they do not respect their own unsubscribe policy. I am not sure how they got my email in the first place, but they need to stop emailing me daily.
