A few weeks ago I started receiving unsolicited e-mails from businesses I don't recognize. In each case I scrolled down to the bottom and found the "unsubscribe click here". Each time it took me to a page headed "Dotcom Products". It seems that this actually unsubscribed me, as the other such e-mails are coming from other companies. But, I see no option to contact Dotcom products directly and ask them to unsubscribe me from ALL of their lists. I am tired of continuing to get unsolicited e-mails to which I must unsubscribe each time to Dotcom Products.How can I get off the Dotcom Products list?Business Response

I receive multiple emails daily and when I choose to unsubscribe - the company I am unsubscribing from is always Dotcom Products. I have been receiving multiple emails daily for the past few weeks. Requesting to unsubscribe seems to result in no action being taken, as the spam emails have continued.Business Response

I ordered online 2 light bulb cameras and 2 extenders for these lights, security kind of cameras as xmas gifts for my adult children. The price was ******. I heard from a friend that i shouldn't have ordered from this company as there has been many complaints. I emailed them and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They then said that the items had been delivered, which is an absolute lie. I finally called this company and talked to a lady who said it was delivered and I told her it had not been and this could have all been avoided if they would have refunded my money earlier like I asked. The lady even asked me instead of a refund, would i consider a discount? I asked her, "a discount on what", i hadn't received anything. She excused herself for a few minutes or less and comes back on the phone and said that she would be refunded me my money today, 10/24/23, which when i checked this morning, 10/25/23, it had not been refunded to my account. I wish i would have read the already scams they had been involved with, but i was shopping for xmas presents for my kids. Not only do i want and NEED my money back, but i want everyone to know that this company is not honest and apparently have no morals or ethics for themselves or in how they treat others. It is a sad world we live in for sure, but if we can make a little change so people/companies like this get held accountable for their scams, then someone else like myself won't be out almost ****** dollars. We already refunded $174.35 and it takes 5-7 business days for it to be reflected on the account. The customer called 1 day after requesting a refund, and not on the 5th or 7th day. We are not scam. Every customer that requests a refund we refund it. We also mention that it is 5-7 business days to receive a refund.Initial Complaint

I continue to receive marketing emails from this company and click on unsubscribe consistently. Yet, the emails continue on a daily basis. This is the only online company that I deal with that will Not ever let you get off their mailing list even if you file a master suspension with them. I have filed around 50 master suspensions continue to get email for their junk no matter what. I would like these emails to stop.Business Response

Oct 7 2023 I ordered 3 security cameras for $117.00 and 3 SD cards for $59.85. They sent an email with a bill for the $223.00. Charged me for $46.15 I didn't order. Tried to call the 855 731 4755 on hold for over 30 minutes with no one answering. Checked references and you and found its a scam. Called Dr card co to stop but they said they cant. Constant lack of response to my questions or confusing details - ie order has been sent when i requested detail of “journey package protection” which was not what i had signed up for on top of the shipping fee. More confusion when the order has not been sent. More confusion when my emails are not replied to but the company continue to send more emails that do not reference mine!
